This place just seemed to fit our needs to perfection ! For us, my daughter and her two month old it was more than anticipated. We found a bouncy seat, and more. We loved the Tiki hut in the mornings, and pool in the afternoon shade. We never used the sentence, "I wish it had ....." Thanks Gary for letting a M fan visit. "Go Blue" !

The house was located in a great area. Close to many things. The house provided many amenities and we enjoyed a relaxing vacation. We had a bit of trouble with the pool heater but everyone communicated quickly and worked to get things figured out. We would stay again in the future.

The home was wonderful. It was so well stocked with linens, kitchen utensils, pots and pans and anything we needed. They're were lots of extra amenities like an extra fridge in the garage, pool toys, and extra coolers that we were able to use. The neighborhood was beautiful and quiet. The neighbors were very friendly as well. Garry was so responsive when we had a few questions, but we really didn't need to contact him after our first day. If we're ever in this area we would definitely stay here again. We had a wonderful month.

The house was amazing. Everything was just as advertised. 20-30 minutes from the beaches. There was tons of stores and restaurants close. The house was super clean. The pool and dock area were great. Garry was a fantastic host!

Great relaxing place

We had a great week staying at this VRBO! The host was responsive, our nephews loved the pool, and the weather and views were lovely. I wish we could have stayed longer!!

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this property based on our four-month stay. The home was not in appropriate condition for a rental at this price and required significant maintenance throughout our stay.When we arrived, one of the master bedroom closets was unusable because the doors were off the tracks. Drawers and closets were filled with previous guests’ belongings, and shelves contained musty-smelling linens, leaving us very little storage space. The kitchen cabinets also contained old and expired food. The carpets were heavily stained, and the advertised bikes were missing. The beach chairs provided were broken.More concerning were the maintenance and safety issues. The refrigerator doors would not stay properly closed, resulting in approximately 500 worth of spoiled meat. The ice maker was broken for much of our stay. We also dealt with significant fly and drain-moth infestations, a pool heater and timer that repeatedly shut off, holes in the pool cage that allowed insects inside, and multiple air-conditioning and electrical problems. At one point, the breaker box failed, leaving us without air conditioning until repairs could be made. The A/C later failed again.The doors leading to the pool initially did not lock properly, which was especially concerning because we had a toddler staying with us. Other problems included garage door issues, a nonworking outlet, dock and tiki lights that required repeated repair requests, and a kitchen-to-garage door that repeated

I dispute most of the guest complaints as being unfounded or unreasonable. The house was fully, professionally cleaned before move-in. When the guests reported their food had spoiled, our service tech found the next day that the refrigerator and freezer were both fully functional and working properly. So the likely conclusion is that the guests had inadvertently neglected to fully close the refrigerator door resulting in food spoilage. To my knowledge the refrigerator and freezer have both been working properly every single day. Additionally we have a fully functional spare refrigerator and freezer for their use in the garage. The only related issue is that the ice maker stopped working a few weeks ago likely due to lightning/power surge and we are awaiting delivery of replacement part. The lightning storm power surge blew out the main electric breakers, cutting off electric and AC, which we had repaired and back on by the next day. Over a period of months, maintenance issues can arise, but we have full time service staff to address those issues.

Relaxing stay!

The house was a great layout and fit for my family (2 adults and 3 kids (ages 10-16). House was clean and ready with necessities. It was central to lots of hot spots to visit so we had a great time exploring Ft. Myers, Sanibel and Captiva and Cape Coral. The pool and water view were great as well and neighborhood was quiet and family friendly!

We chose this property because it had a boat dock with Gulf access. Great property, with nice pool and plenty of space. We enjoyed the barbecue and boat trips. First time in Cape Coral but will return.

Holiday Getaway

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! Could not have been better. The house was beautiful and very well kept. It had everything we needed and then some. The pool was well heated and we enjoyed it very much. The location is great. Communication with the owner was wonderful! We will most definitely be back!

No complaints, everything was good👌. Gary was a wonderful host, the home is well appointed with the basics and more you’d need for a comfortable home away from home. The location is perfect, 30 minutes from the airport, and centrally located for easy travel to Fort Myers etc. I’d recommend to anyone looking to book 💯

Great vacation spot!

When we arrived there was a sign in the kitchen window that said, "You are now entering a stress-free zone." That is so true! What a beautiful home and property! The beautiful screened in pool and lanai were perfect and kept the kids entertained all week! We also enjoyed the fresh grown bananas from the huge banana trees in the yard. Delicious! We will definitely be back!

Pretty house right on a canal

Garry was a great host, quick to respond to any questions we had. This house is fairly central to both north and south beaches along the Gulf coast. The pool with the attached spa was very relaxing and clean. There were plenty of amenities in the home to make us comfortable with cooking meals, showering, etc. The only things I would change are adding an outdoor rinse-off shower, and replacing the twin beds in bedroom #3. Otherwise, it was an enjoyable stay in a great house! :)

Beautiful, affordable and clean!

My husband and I recently visited Florida for our anniversary and stayed here for 8 nights. The house is spacious. It is a little dated, I know that will matter to some but that didn’t bother us. The pool was a great feature, we didn’t even adjust the temperature because the weather was so hot when we were down that the temp felt perfect and was still refreshing. The house is stocked with basic necessities; towels, extra sheets, blankets, toilet paper, paper towel, etc. My sister and niece came by boat and stayed with us for two nights, this was planned last minute and Garry was very easy to talk to, did not mind that they stayed with us and allowed us to park their boat along the sea wall. One day we had bad weather and just hung out and watched movies all day. The house is equipped with multiple smart TV’s and games. Perfect for rainy days. The only down side was that I didn’t fully realize how many tolls we would be paying to cross the brides multiple times daily throughout our stay. Overall I really don’t have anything bad to say about this place. It’s beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay! We will be back!
