This apartment is 32m² in size and ideal for a vacation for two. A cozy designed open plan living / dining area overlooking the garden provides plenty of atmosphere. The kitchenette is small but modern. Microwave. The bedroom has a large double bed, the internal bath is friendly, bright and modern. Cot on request and only in the living area possible.
The house & # 132; us freedoom & # 147; is an old, typical Frisian clinker house. It is located in a quiet side street (Meedenweg), but is nevertheless very central. The house has five lovingly designed apartments in different sizes, for 2 to 5 people. & # 132; us freedoom & # 147; is located within walking distance from the beach. All apartments have separate living / dining areas, which are decorated with light wicker and wooden furniture. In the apartments there is satellite TV, radio, telephone, hair dryer, electric stove, oven or microwave, kettle, coffee and some have a dishwasher. The apartments 1, 2 and 5 include a private terrace. Apartment 3 and 4 have a private balcony. The house has a laundromat and a coining dryer. WIFI.

Insgesamt recht positiv aber auch deutliche Kritik
Wir waren zu zweit 1 Woche in der Wohnung. Sie ist für 2 Personen ideal. Die Lage ist toll, der Freisitz im Hof ist super, Aufteilung und Einrichtung haben uns gut gefallen. Es gibt aber 2 Kritikpunkte, die ich gerne los werden möchte:
Bedenklich ist das offensichtlich sehr große Schimmelproblem in der Wohnung. Es ist zu sehen und vor allem zu riechen. Es müsste dringend saniert und nicht immer wieder nur überpinselt und überschmiert werden.
Ärgerlich fanden wir, dass keiner der selbstverständlichen alltäglichen Verbrauchsartikel vorhanden war: Klopapier, Mülltüten, Spülmaschinentabs, Handflüssigseife etc. Das würde ich bei dem Preis und der Insellage (keiner kann etwas mitbringen) anders erwarten. Oder hat das evtl. sogar System, um den örtlichen Einzelhandel zu pushen?

Sehr schöne Wohnung, alles toll, leider mit einem kleinen Beigeschmack
Die Wohnung ist toll, ausreichend groß (das Badezimmer könnte einen Meter mehr vertragen, aber gut, da hält man sich ja auch nur kurz auf).
Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet, alles ist nett ein- und hergerichtet.
Ein Wehmutstropfen gibt es: An allen Fenstern und im Bad findet man Schimmel vor. Bei dem guten Wetter, welches wir hatten, war dies nicht weiter schlimm. Wir hatten Tag und Nacht alle Fenster geöffnet. Dies könnte sicherlich schnell behoben werden.
Wir hatten im Vorfeld zwei organisatorische Fragen. Hier sind wir endlos in Warteschleifen hängen geblieben und unzählige Male aus der Leitung geworfen worden. Letztendlich konnte uns dann aber nett und kompetent geholfen werden.
Zum Schluss:
Es war ein toller Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder.
