Create new memories at this Cozy Pool-Home! The Pool is an extra big 18’ x 35’ fully equipped with 3 seating areas, Hammock, BBQ Grill, Freeze, LED-Speaker, 8 multi-color 60-watt LED lights to create your own perfect vibe, and a 14’ Trampoline for the little ones! Inside you’ll find a newly renovated Master bathroom and cozy living space. Each room has it's own TV (2 with pool-views). We’ve also finished a new laundry area complete with a granite counter-tops.

The inside of the house was very nice and clean...The backyard could've used a good cut and there were a couple spiders...the pool could've been a little cleaner .other than those things, I loved it!!!

The pic of the pool is not indicative of the reality. It did not become usable until the 6th day of a 11 Night stay. The host did answer each promptly. He seemed bitter as the trip went on. This is by far the only bad experience we have had with VRBO. I am not sure this property deserves to be on VRBO

. The pool was clean since the very first day of arrival. We have weekly pool maintenance. The guests seemed entitled, demanding a 25% refund immediately upon arrival when they realized the pool was Not Climate controlled, stating they were platinum VRBO members and threatened with a law-suit. They even went as far as mentioning they were law enforcement. We did our best to accommodate requests, sent pool service back out several times during their stay, but they were honestly impossible to appease. The pool is uncovered, but we have a Vaccum, and other tools such as nets for daily maintenance. We wouldn’t recommend these guests to any property owners.

Amazing stay!

We had a few family and friends over for my daughter 17th birthday party and everyone raved about the amazing time they had at the party. The house was clean. The pool and trampoline was the life of the party. They had everything we needed to entertain or friends and family. We will definitely book again for our next party! The host was excellent easy to reach and responded very quick to my questions.

not what expected

the backyard was very nice and it was definitely a nice place to chill at , but the inside the house was a different story , not like the pictures, they differently , creaky floors, loose door knobs, clogged sink, fans did not work so it was hot , worst part, i couldn’t believe that the cleaning crew “cleaned” because we found a dirty cheeta print thong on the floor in the room down the hall the right side from the bathroom, if they couldn’t see that i don’t even believe they even cleaned the house before , they definitely did not check the couches or anything because there was a dirty white shirt in between the couch cushions, and honestly not worth the price , we made the most of it while we were there still had a good time but i was definitely not happy with quality of the home .

This is literally the only poor review We’ve ever received for this property from dozens of others that we have got across 3 different platforms on which the home is listed on. Rachel and her friends were a disaster. The only reason she became upset and decided to leave us a poor review is because I confronted her about freezing our A/C coil and clogging our toilet. Our A/C thermostat is enclosed, and I trusted her and gave her the code and advised her not to lower the temp under 70 degrees, which she did the complete opposite. They completely wrecked the house it was a full blown house party which is unallowed, and she refused to pay the extra guests fee. They also didn’t bother taking out any garbage or clean any of their dirty dishes. Our cleaning crew always leaves the home in excellent condition. This review is the product of young ignorant disrespectful party-goers with complete disregard for other peoples homes
