This exclusive villa enjoys a magnificent location right on the beach and with an enchanting panoramic view. The house is designed according to modern architecture and has huge glass surfaces with panoramic views from every room. On the first floor there is a spacious living room with kitchen, dining room and additional toilet, while on the 1st floor there is a bedroom with bathroom, an additional toilet and a sauna, as well as a terrace with stunning sea views. The 2nd floor houses two bedrooms with their corresponding bathrooms and the 3rd floor has one bedroom with bathroom. The vacation home is fully air-conditioned, with underfloor heating in the bathrooms. The child-friendly pebble beach is nearby. Stroll through the town of Trogir, where many recreational opportunities contribute to a fun and active vacation.
