25 acres, private estate, right on the edge of the Caribbean Sea with 300 m of private coastline - this is your own space in paradise.
A 6 bedroom family home with additional 6 bedrooms throughout the grounds gives a total of 12 bedrooms comfortably housing of 18 guests.
A Sea water pool, beautiful gardens, lots of private spaces / terraces and patios and large communal spaces for dinning and chilling together. Full staff with a lot of experience in caring for guests.
Very secluded and peaceful, undistrubed natural environment and yet just 10 minutes from country’s main highway and 20 minutes from Casa de Campo Resort, La Romana and Bayahibe village.
Plenty of excursions in the area. The best golf in the Caribbean and boat trips to some of the most beautiful beaches in the world

Amazing place

We were a big family group - three generations and this place was like Paradise for us. Everyone from the youngest to the oldest loved it. It’s beautiful and peaceful but also exciting. Simon the owner couldn’t have been more helpful and Wanda and the rest of the team couldn’t have looked after us better. We had the most amazing time.

We are a British family who have had a home in this part of the Dominican Republic for over 40 years so feel part of the place. Ki-Ra was started 12 years ago and is our family home and a Retreat Center so it works well for families and or a large group of friends looking for their own space, natural peace and beauty and easy access to some of the best resort facilities and excursions in the Caribbean

Why they chose this property

It is a unique experience as you really have so much space and are right on the edge of the sea - just you and beautiful nature - long walks along the coast, bonfires at night, it is an ideal place to relax and recoup.
Our staff of 5 are professional, experienced and warm hearted and love to look after you and cook and cook. Experienced in vegan and vegetarian menus as well as more standard Dominican fare and equally happy to let you into the kitchen and cook with them or for yourselves.
