A home nestled in the woods that can accommodate your whole group with a fully equipped kitchen to prepare your favorite meals. After a delicious meal, sit in the living room by the warm fire or enjoy board games in the leisure
Ski lift is walking distance from the house, amenity passes are available to enjoy the various activities in The Hideout . Afterwards relax in the Jacuzzi tub with a glass of wine or watch TV on any of the four (4) big screen TV's.
This spacious home is located in a four season, 5-star gated community named The Hideout and has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, with plenty of room to relax. Master bedroom has a queen sized adjustable bed and private bathroom. Bedroom 2 has a queen sized adjustable bed as well. Bedroom 3 has bunk beds to accommodate 4 (2 twins, 1 full). We also have 2 queen air mattresses. Finished hardwood floors and ceiling fans naturally cool throughout.

- 4 TV's with Roku streaming devices
- Disney+, Hulu, and ESPN+ password at no cost upon request, or you can use your logins
- Free WIFI is included

- Washer and Dryer are available in the home

CHECK-IN is at 4:00 PM. CHECK-OUT is at 11:00 AM.
Guest access
Guests will be able to access and have use of the entire home, two-car garage and all of the community amenities available during each season. Basement use excluded at this time.
Other things to note
Home “how to” book located on entry table will have instructions on use of small appliances and home “do’s and don’ts. Hideout amenity passes are located on key hook on wall by entry door. Each lost past has a replacement fee of $50.00.

Comfort Beyond Expectations!

I loved the layout of this house, convenient and comfortable. Nature views from every window, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen and the most helpful, friendly agent imaginable. Highly recommend!

Great stay

What an incredible stay for us. The leaves were at peak color. We shared the outdoors with deer & turkey. Indoors we were cozy at the fire. We were pleasantly surprised at all the amenities you included. It was as if we were in our own home. The most thoughtful host we have encountered. This is a true diamond which we will highly recommend to everyone. Thank so much Hildy.

The House was charming from the time you pull in the driveway. As you arrive, you notice that the property has an open grass front lawn with nice landscaping, and a great firepit area (firewood provided). The house has a nice front porch with inviting chairs and table. Once inside, the house has a great lay out. They had a nice welcome basket, with chips and dip, a smore’s kit, and toys for kids. The master room is off the right when you walk in with a very spacious master bathroom. The two other rooms are on the left of the house and a shared bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen is open, well stocked with appliances and utensils. There’s a great room, that was perfect for games and puzzles. Also, there’s a large laundry room. Communicating with the host was easy and quick responses. They provided a clean, well-stocked, and designed house. In the wintertime you’re 2 mins from the ski slopes and in the summer you’re 5 mins from the beach.

Clean, comfy, well-appointed house

We had a lovely long weekend at Hildee’s Hideaway. Located in “the Hideout” community with many amenities to offer, and a 25mph speed limit on all streets which made walking/biking comfortable and pleasant. The house was well equipped, but not cluttered. Very clean, but not sterile. We did hide a few of the decorations in the laundry room to keep them out of our little one’s hands. It was a very comfortable and homey place to spend our time. The beds were very comfortable, sheets and towels all white, which added to the clean feeling. Overall, a really great stay! A couple things if you are looking to stay here, it is close to the ski hill for winter, and about a 5-10 minute drive to swimming spots. So, not able to walk to a swim spot if that is something you are looking for, but a lot of activities available and a great place to visit with kids! One thing I would note, the laundry was washed with scented laundry detergent which our family with sensitive noses and skin had a little bit of a hard time with, I would suggest more unscented detergent. But not a big enough issue to make me not consider renting again!

Great Birthday

I stayed here for my birthday 2022. Nancy was really good with responding to me. She had everything you need to cook,clean, and sleep. Place was clean and stocked with games. The master bathroom was my favorite. I will visit again in the summer

Wonderful Winter Stay!

We had a wonderful stay over winter break. We were three generations and the space was perfect for babies and grandparents alike. We appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, the good soundproofing, and the proximity to the ski hill (app. 8 minute walk). Nancy was very responsive and lovely.

New Year Celebration

Nancy's house was great. Fully equipped kitchen, comfy bedrooms, relaxing living and leisure rooms, and a big garage for 2 cars. Decorated Christmas tree was a nice touch! Nancy was a pleasure to communicate with, she was very quick to respond to our questions. Would love to come back to the house in the summer to take advantage of everything else that property and community has to offer.
