Our private property is located on a hill at the end of a dead-end street.
In this peaceful location, enjoy the large saltwater swimming pool, the 8,000 m² garden and the impressive panoramic views of the surrounding countryside and forests. On a clear day, the Pyrenees will also be visible.

A beautiful hike of about 10 km is accessible from a path located along the property.

Our villa is located in the village of Carlus, located 6 minutes from Albi.
Albi has been an UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2010, thanks in particular to its Sainte-Cécile Cathedral (largest brick cathedral in the world).

On the garden level of our villa, our cottage (100 m²) can accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children)

Its independent entrance is accessible via a large private terrace.
The cottage has a fully equipped kitchen, a dining room, a large living room with TV, an Italian shower room and 3 bedrooms.
The cottage is equipped with a ventilation system (the rooms stay cool on hot days).

The rooms:
- 1 bedroom with a large double bed (180x200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with two single box spring beds (90x200 cm)
- 1 bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm) and a dressing room

The kitchen: oven, dishwasher, gas hob, microwave, coffee machines (filter and capsules), fridge with freezer.PGJyPgPGJyPg
The shower room: large Italian shower, sink, toilet and washing machine.PGJyPg
The villa has a large 12.5 x saltwater swimming pool 5.5 m and with a depth of 1.40m to 2.00m.

Nearby is the village bakery (2 min) and an Intermarché (4 min).

You will also find the Lasbordes golf course 10 minutes away, bowling, cinema, lake

Our tenants will be concerned about the calm and serenity of the property.
