About this property

Welcome to the central escape to the lakes and mountains! (Lake Winnipesaukee and Squam Lake) This 3,200 sq. ft fully renovated Cape has all the bells and whistles you might need when coming to vacation in NH. The beauty of this property is the LOCATION! We are located 5 miles from Downtown Meredith, NH and a mile from Squam Lake. Whether it's renting a boat or jestki for the day/week to explore the lakes or hiking in the White Mountains, this home is the perfect getaway for families!

This home is fully equipped and manicured to accommodate a large family or group of guests. There is a large backyard with hot tub on the deck. The fireplace on the deck adds nice ambiance for those summer nights and BBQ's. The layout of the home provides ample space for people to cook, relax, and entertain guests.

Guests are welcome to use the backyard, patio, and deck on the back of the house. The owners of the property do live across the street. They operate their home business on the same property and the only thing that is shared is the parking space during the weekdays. We ask that Airbnb guests park on the upper section of the driveway.

I babysit for many families locally and am happy to offer my services to those staying at the property. There are excellent restaurants in the area to go to and sometimes it's nice to leave the kids behind for a relaxing evening away. Please schedule care prior to arrival!

The property is very secluded and the fence in the backyard gives a great sense of privacy even though we are very close to the main road.

There are many local Marina's where guests can rent boats or jetskis to explore the lakes! The White Mountains are where the hiking is the best and have the most remarkable views! It's about 40 minutes to get to the White Mountains by car!

We do allow pets but ask that they be leashed when outside as the road is very busy with traffic. We also ask that the animal be walked to the woods to do its business. We take great pride in our landscaping and would like it to remain pristine for everyone.

Cozy spacious retreat
