Bedroom with sofa bed, closet, cozy reading corner and equipped with balcony. The kitchen open to the living area has ceramic hob, oven, microwave and various small appliances and a spacious dining area and additional sofa bed.

The charming Art Nouveau villa, built in traditional bath architecture, is located in the vibrant and creative scene of the romantic town of Binz. A few steps from here you can feel the fine sandy beach of Binz and enjoy the wet of the incomparable Baltic Sea! Pure sunshine!On foot, just a few steps away, you have good shopping, varied gastronomy and the beautiful beach promenade of Binz with its sophisticated spa and the pier. Nette großzügige Ferienwohnung

Die grosszügige, gemütlich eingerichtete Ferienwohnung hat sehr zum Gelingen des Urlaubs beigetragen. Das Lesezimmer war sehr gemütlich und bot die Möglichkeit, sich zum Schmökern zurückzuziehen. Die Betten waren ebenfalls sehr gemütlich. Das Schlafzimmer war sehr ruhig gelegen.

Die Wohnung bietet wirklich Gemütlichkeit, Platz für 3, vielleicht auch 4 Personen, auch, wenn man mal seine Ruhe haben möchte (2 Balkone). Die Lage ist prima. Strand, Seebrücke, Promenade, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles wirklich nah. Wir haben uns wohl gefühlt!
