The apartment is designed in a penthouse style. On hot days, you can open the large windows facing the sea and enjoy the balcony in the afternoon sun. On cooler days, the large window wall allows you to enjoy the view from the warmth of the apartment. For a party of 4, a sleeping area is provided in the living room.


A glass lift takes you up to the apartment. Only a small wooded area separates you from the beach, which is a 2–3-minute walk away. A bus stop is located in the immediate vicinity, as are a bakery and an electric vehicle charging station. A supermarket is within walking distance. Children will find a playground on the property. A basement is available for storing bicycles.

In the interest of our guests, we ask for your understanding that pets are not allowed and smoking is not permitted in the apartment. We want to be considerate of guests who are holidaying with us and suffer from asthma or allergies. In case of non-compliance, we will charge €250.00 for cleaning and ventilation time.

Here is a reminder regarding the visitor’s tax: PLEASE READ!
According to municipal regulations, renters of holiday apartments in Binz are required to pay and provide proof of the visitor’s tax. Please refer to the Binz Visitor’s Tax Ordinance for the current rate.

Normally, this is quite simple:
After you make your reservation, we will order the visitor’s card for you (please provide the names of all guests)., Unless you specify otherwise, we assume that all guests are over 3 years of age and not eligible for an exemption. You will receive a separate notification regarding this, and after payment, a link to your electronic visitor’s card.

Special cases:
Children under 3 years of age (please provide date of birth) and individuals with a valid disability ID (please send a copy) are exempt from the fee.

If the booking is made less than 7 business days before the start of the rental period, or if the visitor’s tax amount has not been transferred to us by 5 business days before arrival, you must pay the visitor’s tax fee plus 5.00 per person to the staff on-site upon key handover or provide proof of your payment to the visitor’s tax office. This is a prerequisite for key handover.

For any other regulations or services that deviate from this procedure, as well as for any reminder notice, we charge a processing fee of 10.00 per person per case.



Penthouse-style holiday rental with a view of the sea:

The two-room holiday apartment consists of a bedroom with a double bed and a combined living room/bedroom with a couch (the option to add a bed for 2 people lets you decide where and how you sleep). A built-in kitchen with a dishwasher and a bathroom with a tub round out the amenities. A washing machine helps reduce the amount of luggage you need to bring (despite the extra fee)—especially when travelling with children. In the summer, the view of the sea is increasingly obstructed by the greenery of the trees year after year.



Check-in is from 4:00 to 19:00, and check-out is from 07:00 to 10:00.
