With its very modern atmosphere and luxurious amenities , the Kootenai Creek Cabin will definitely be a highlight of your next trip to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend Resort Park, or Hochatown! The Kootenai Creek Cabin (Koot-knee) is constructed on a GREAT CREEK Lot. Owner was lucky to have had first lot selections in The Original Phase of Timber Creek Trails. This cabin has a rather modern look and is enhanced by Cherry Hill Rock and cedar siding. Another popular attraction is the fire pit which is creek side for your enjoyment. The Deck Fireplace and Outdoor Fire Pit are sure to enhance the evenings.

We came for the weekend to celebrate with my sister and her new husband on their marriage. We shared our cabin with my parents and it was perfect for us! We loved the amenities and the property! The balcony with the fireplace and the creek running behind the cabin was very relaxing. We will be back again with our grandkids and would highly recommend the cabin to others.
The house was wonderful! Very clean and well stocked. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning with my coffee and listening to the creek. Word of caution when using Timber Creek Dr when you turn off the highway- it is severely rutted and loads of deep potholes. I ended up with a flat tire- I drive a small SUV. Guess the road needs to be graded after winter. The road is much better if you turn off 259 at the Hochatown Distillery and follow Lukfata up to Deer Creek then take that over. That road is paved and only has a few potholes. Would definitely stay here again because the house was so nice!
We really enjoyed our stay! The cabin is set up nicely for families. The owners are quick to respond. We loved the location of our cabin and the privacy. We made great memories with the whole family.
The cabin accommodated me, my wife, and another couple very well. The kitchen was appointed pretty well, but it could use a range hood. The deck, fire pit, and hot tub were wonderful! The TVs weren’t hard to figure out. Definitely recommend.
My trip was a mini get away vacation with my daughter and granddaughter. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was in a beautiful location with a wonderful creek right off the back porch that gave us a lot of joy when sitting out back. The cabin was clean and the perfect size for our group. It was just minutes away from everything we wanted to do. I look forward to visiting again.

Great Property with difficult entry run
We booked this property as a romantic relaxing weekend trip out of the city and to a peaceful cabin-type spot near Broken Bow. The property provides excellent amenities including great bedrooms, large bathrooms and bath tubs, hot tub, tvs, a spacious kitchen, sun deck, fire pit, and more. We were very pleased with the property itself, though we think the cleaning crew the owners use might be cutting corners around cleaning vents, etc. Overall it would not change our choice to stay there. Getting to the property can be challenging as the final stretch of road to the property is extremely eroded and uneven, and we legitimately would not have been able to get either of my cars (Sedan, Mini Cooper) down the road to the property. Fortunately we took my partner's Subaru, but without any comms about it, we could have found ourselves in a pickle having driven 3 hours only to be barred the last 200 yards. Overall would recommend, and hope the owners work with the neighbors to fix the roadway in.
The cabin was beautiful and very well arranged! Everything was just as we expected. The hostess was very helpful when speaking with her prior to our arrival. Very relaxing….just what we were looking for and needed. Luckily being a holiday weekend, the surrounding cabins were either unoccupied or the occupants were respectful of the other cabin stayers around them. Very peaceful. Got to enjoy the wildlife. So thankful we found this place. Thank you for a relaxing long weekend stay.
My friend and I needed a quick get away and Kootenai was the best answer for relaxation and comfort. Having two separate bedrooms with full baths was perfect for two females. We were definitely directionally challenged when it came to locating the cabin, but that’s just us. LOL. it made it more of an adventure. We will definitely book here again. Thank you for this piece of paradise!
The cabin was great nice and quiet. I called ahead to property management and had firewood delivered and a dozen roses for my wife. The flowers were beautiful! Thank you so much Sundown cabins for a great relaxing week!
Beautiful property. Really enjoyed the back porch area with fireplace was perfect ambiance along with the creek running behind the home. Only complaint was the hot tub jets could be better.
The property was perfect for all the things that we wanted to do. We were minutes away from shopping, hiking and restaurants.
When the rains came we had a hot tub and a fireplace on a covered deck. Perfect stay.
