This estate style home is breathtaking! Built in beautiful southern tradition, this home does not disappoint with 4 bedrooms, 3.5 baths, a well appointed kitchen, butlers pantry and wrap around porch, guests are delighted by this home's southern charm and spirit.

The main house offers 3 bedrooms with 2.5 baths and the pool side guest apartment features a full bedroom with king bed and full bathroom for guests as well.

Spectacular outdoor living space abounds. A fabulous pool with grotto and beach style sun deck make lounging pool side easy- breezy. The gardens and grounds of this home are a delight in themselves.

Cancellation Policy ~ All cancellations are subject to a $250 cancellation fee.

We have a strict 90-day cancellation policy. There are no cancellations, switching of homes or changing of dates within 90 days of the arrival date. The following fees are nonrefundable for reservations cancelled within 90 days of arrival: security deposit, reservation fee, processing fee, and any partial rental payments.

All funds collected are nonrefundable for cancellations within 30 days of arrival.

The guest named on the rental agreement is the only one who may cancel the reservation.

Great spot for family!

We have stayed at lots of places all over, and this was up there with the tops. The beds were comfortable, the amenities great, the pool area private. Our kids loved exploring the yard for lizards. Would highly recommend this for any group or family!

Beautiful house

Our family stayed here over Thanksgiving 2024. The house is beautiful and spacious. The kids (age 2 and age 3) loved the pool. We loved how close the house was to restaurants, Publix, beaches. Would stay again.

Privacy Awaits

This is the most private well maintained rental property I have ever stayed at. It felt like we were in our own little Eco-System. The pool area provided an oasis like feel and the waterfall feature was amazing on many levels. The days were 87 and sunny and the nights were perfectly breezy. The smell of the Gulf of Mexico really made us feel like we were on the water. The amenities of the home gave us everything we needed to relax and stay in the home rather then feel like we needed to drive anywhere. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed to cook large meals everyday. My Family and I will definately vacation here again.

Stay here!

The photos and descriptions simply don't do this property justice. From the moment we pulled into the driveway, our expectations were exceeded. The home is grand, yet comfortable. The pool area is all you could want in a holiday home, and we spent hours upon hours there. The wrap around porch, full kitchen, and spacious showers were all great perks. We did find the master bed (with two smaller mattresses pushed together) rather uncomfortable, and the living area could have used some throw blankets for evening relaxation. More bedding available would have been appreciated as some nights were cooler and the sheets provided weren't quite enough. All in all, a beautiful, clean, well-thought-out home we were happy to spend time at. We'll be back!
