Flor de Malinche is a quiet, spacious, three-bedroom villa situated in Hacienda Pinilla, Guanacaste. This 4,500-acre gated community is known for its three miles of coastline and access to three different beaches, one of them being Playa Avellanas, a renowned surf spot.

The villa is built in the Spanish Hacienda style, offering an open floor plan, central AC throughout, fans in every space, high ceilings, TVs, high-speed internet, and a workspace for those who need one. It is 2.5 miles to Avellanas Beach, and only three miles to Langosta or Mansita Beach, all in the Hacienda Pinilla property.

Flor de Malinche has a unique location near a protected area with many birds and wildlife. One of the three en suite bedrooms is on the ground floor and is great for families with young children or someone who wants to avoid steps. The main bedroom, third bedroom, and TV room are upstairs. Balconies and a ground-floor terrace let you enjoy the green view and the outdoors. In addition to the modern kitchen, a large BBQ grill helps you make the most of your time here. A few steps away, you have access to a zero-edge lap pool under the shade of a wonderful Guanacaste tree. Nearby, there is also access to a workout/gym area with exercise equipment.

The peaceful setting, surrounded by vegetation, wildlife, and many amenities just a short drive away, makes Flor de Malinche an exceptional place to rest and enjoy your vacation.

It is also a short drive to other great surf spots: Tamarindo, Playa Grande, and Playa Negra. There you can choose from various restaurants, boutique shops, charter fishing, and book other tours for rafting, hiking, snorkeling, horseback riding, and ATV rides.

Paradise in Pinilla

It is very well located home. Easy to travel and visit several beaches and restaurants from the place. Just out of the house is possible to run, bike (road or mtb trails), swim and relax in the super nice long marble pool. Traditional architecture with very nice and big rooms and spaces. Great shady terrace surrounded by natural trees. We will visit it again, for sure!

This property is beautiful! Lush surroundings and a gorgeous pool too! Our family loved the home, it was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. The property manager was fantastic and made sure everything we needed was taken care of! We will be back :)

Beautiful house

The house is spacious, clean, and well equipped. We loved the outdoor shower. Wish we would have known it’s $175 per day to access the beach club for swimming and eating. If you plan to cook at home or don’t mind driving 20-30 mins to Tamarindo the location is fine… it was a little inconvenient to dine out with a small kiddo due to proximity. Excursions we wanted to do were pretty close which was really nice. Overall it was fine - just more driving than we expected. The pool at the house is shared but well maintained and large. We loved all the beautiful birds by the pool area.
