About this property

The modern and tastefully furnished apartment offers space for 2 to 3 people and a toddler and is lovingly equipped with everything you would expect from a nice apartment. A beautiful double room with space for a baby bed and a sofa bed in the spacious living area offer space to relax. The bright living and dining area invites you to be together and linger. The kitchen is carefully equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, capsule coffee machine and everything you need to cook and eat. The bathroom has a large shower and a sink with mirror cabinet. Towels and a hair dryer are available. Toilet and bathroom are separate. A flat screen TV, CD player and bed linen complete the equipment of the apartment. A free parking lot is by the house. The apartment is in a multi-generation house on the first floor. There is no lift existing. We are happy to provide you with a cot and high chair free of charge.

We, your landlord, live with you in the house and are always available to answer questions and provide information.

The apartment is a non-smoking apartment and unfortunately pets are not allowed to allow all guests a pleasant time with us.

Our little guests, under 6 years stay with us free of charge.

A flat rate of € 50 will be charged for the final cleaning. Check in from 4 p.m. & check out by 11 a.m.

Loved this place, location and a super host!

I had an early arrival from Zurich and host was very nice in letting me check in early. Apartment was spectacular, very clean, modern, was many windows for fresh air and lighting (also all windows had electric blinds for optimal privacy at night). Very safe neighborhood with several bus stops nesrby to access other towns and places of interest. Host family was very nice and cordial. I wish VRBO would let me score this property higher, because I would. Exceptional!

Schön eingerichtete und komfortable Ferienwohnung

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen, die Wohnung war super eingerichtet und sehr sauber, es gab alles was das Herz begehrte. Das einzige kleine Manko war die Lage, es war teilweise bei offenem Fenster sehr laut, da direkt neben der Wohnung eine viel befahrene Straße liegt. Aber das war uns schon bei der Buchung bewusst und wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt!

Die Kommunikation und der Check-In bzw. Check-Out waren sehr angenehm. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral und ist mit allem ausgestattet was man für seinen Aufenthalt braucht.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung mit top Preis-Leistung in super Lage

Ich habe Julias Ferienwohnung für meine Mutter gemietet, die mich besucht hat. Im Sommer und zur Festspielzeit sind die Hotels und anderen Ferienwohnungen in der Umgebung extrem teuer, deshalb war ich sehr froh, als ich zufällig diese Wohnung auf der FeWo-direkt-Seite gefunden habe. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön, sauber, großzügig und mit Liebe eingerichtet. Es gibt alles, was man braucht, und meine Mutter hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Preisleistung ist wirklich top!! Ich empfehle diese Wohnung definitiv weiter.

Es war eine tolle Zeit. Die Whg. hat Alles um sich wohl zu fühlen. Leider an viel befahren Strasse. Aber Schallschutzfenster haben es gerettet.Gute Anbindung mit öffentl. Verkehrsmittel.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und sind auch sehr nett empfangen worden und bekamen gute Tips von unserer Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist aussergewöhnlich gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Super tolle Ferienwohnung

Die Unterkunft entsprach genau der Beschreibung im Inserat: Sie war schön groß und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Lage war auch super, da wir vieles mit dem Fahrrad anfahren konnten. Es gab im Ort Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants. Die Vermieter waren jederzeit erreichbar und haben umgehend geantwortet. Uns hat es nichts ausgemacht, dass das Haus an einer viel befahrenen Straße liegt, das wussten wir vorher. Wir waren rundum zufrieden und können die Ferienwohnung nur weiterempfehlen. Super Aufenthalt - empfehlenswert

Größzügie, saubere und gut ausgestattete Wohnung (genug Handtücher, Waschmaschine, Kapselkaffemaschine, genung Küchenutensilien,...). Alles wie beschrieben. Großer Stellplatz fürs Auto direkt nebem dem Haus. In wenigen Minuten war man in Bregenz oder auf der Autobahn. Die Wohnung liegt allerdings direkt an einer viel befahrenen Straße, mich hat das nicht gestört, wer sich aber etwas an Straßenlärm gestört fühlt soll hiermit gewarnt werdenn Check In und die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin waren super einfach und angenehm. Alles in allem habe ich den Aufenthalt sehr genossen und kann die Wohnung nur weiter empfehlen.

Urlaub Bregenz und Bodensee

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, einfacher Check-In und Check-Out. Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet inklusive einer Hausbar ;). Sauberkeit war top und Kinderbett und Kinderstuhl wurden kostenfrei bereitgestellt. Sehr empfehlenswert, danke!

Eine sehr schöne, sehr saubere Ferienwohnung! Nur die Lage an einer, (auch nachts) viel befahreneren Straße, hat meine Urlaubsstimmung erheblich getrübt. Wer den Straßenlärm ausblenden kann, ist hier bestens aufgehoben, zumal der Bodensee, Bregenz und auch Dornbirn gut mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln erreichbar ist.

Verlängertes Wochenende

War sehr schön. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super. In nur 10 Min. ist man mit dem Bus in Bregenz und man ist in kurzer Zeit schöne Ausflüge gestalten. Leider hatten wir etwas Mühe mit den Buslinien. Wäre evtl. zu Vorteil, wenn es in der Wohnung einen Busfahrplan hätte. Strassen Verkehr ist sehr laut und in der Wohnung gut hörbar!!! Bei offenem Fenster kann man sich kaum unterhalten. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr sauber. Wir haben die drei Tage sehr genossen, danke!

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, nette Gastgeber

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es hat alles gepasst, die Gastgeber sind wirklich sehr nett, die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und sauber. Es war kein Problem, unsere Fahrräder sicher unter zu stellen. Es gibt sehr gute Restaurants nah der Unterkunft (mit dem Rad 5-10 Minuten) und man ist auch schnell am See.

Perfektes Objekt

Die Begrüßung war unkompliziert und für mich als eigentlicher Berliner perfekt direkt und freundlich. Die Familie ist super freundlich, die Wohnung sehr sauber und gut strukturiert. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und konnte mich gut entspannen. Für Kinder ist die Gegend hervorragend, viele gute Spielplätze, Bademöglichkeiten und auch genügend Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Familien mit Fahrrad sind dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Ich mag das Land und die Leute. Die Gastgeber mit ihren Kindern haben mich ser erfreut, aber das kenne ich mittlerweile von den lieben Österreichern :-) Weiter so und hoffentlich und gern bis bald! Jerome Herbst
