Great views of city

Overall stay was okay just a couple issues, getting check in instructions before hand. And also really no amenities no blankets and stove barely functioned properly. The host should really consider addressing these issues, because this is a very nice place just lacks in a few areas.

Deceiving pictures and description of the property.

VRBO has done a very poor job in checking out this property. The property lacks amenities for the nightly rate paid. If there is any way VRBO has means to inspect this property before listing or recommending it to customers on their website, it should be done immediately. This property has many flaws and it is an unsafe property. Stairway is very unsafe and noisy. Poor amenities including lack of bathroom tissues, bath towels, kitchen dinner sets and the list goes on and on. We had to go shopping on our 1st day for needed supplies. All bathrooms except the one attached to Main bedroom are useless, smaller than a closet as it seems like the room closets are converted in to bathrooms. The bed mattresses are horrible and cheap. Some of us couldn't sound sleep with a fear of falling off the bed. There is not enough parking for two families driving two separate cars. We ended up getting a parking ticket despite of a parking sticker provided for street parking. The property is so terrible that we left one day early paying one day's rent for nothing. We feel that we have been cheated by VRBO in charging us very high nightly rate for a property which is not even good enough for half of its value. VRBO should provide us the refund for our entire stay as we didn't stay much on the property other than when absolutely necessary for being so unsafe and disgusting. Travelers, be aware. The pictures of the property shown on VRBO are very deceiving and don't get trapped like we did. Terrible experience using VRBO and a big mistake in renting this property.
