Neo-Breton house ideally located 5 minutes walk from the beach of Tresmeur, which is reached by a path in front of the house. South orientation, sea view terrace with table and chairs. Large garden at the back. Barbecue.

The house is located set back from the road of the corniche, quiet, close to the shops accessible on foot in a few minutes.
The GR 34 is close to the house, joined by the path that goes down to the beach.
Trebeurden, a family seaside resort on the Pink Granite Coast, will seduce you with its well-oriented beaches, its marina, and its many natural sites (Millau Island, Quellen marshes, Pointe de Bihit, etc.).
