Very spacious and well equipped 3 bedroom/2 bath Courtyard Villa in the heart of the Villages, Fl. The Villa is just 10 years old and in great shape, golf and other amenities in The Villages are just steps away but the Villa is private and well appointed. Great place to vacation!!
The Villa is located in the Cottonwood Villas section of the Village of Tamarind Grove.
Villager IDs are available with the rental, these provide access to many amenities in The Villages, including free access to all the pools and many Recreation Centers, unlimited FREE golf on all Executive golf courses (300 holes+) PLUS access to the many Championship golf courses for a reasonable fee. Also, we have a very nice golf cart onsite that may be available for our Guests to use, please contact the owners for details on how to obtain The Villages IDs and the Golf cart for your stay.
