About this property

Upscale, remodeled 5200 sq. ft lake house with seven bedrooms and five bathrooms. Plenty of space and beds for large extended families. This home has everything you will need to relax and enjoy beautiful Lake Charlevoix, Boyne City, and Boyne Mountain.

Great views of the lake from the large extended deck. Amazing downstairs game room with full sized shuffle board, foosball, gas fireplace, large flat screen and full bathroom as well as a second kitchen.

The main floor features a huge, wrap around, leather couch that seats seven and three additional comfortable chairs with large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. The open kitchen with island opens to the dining room that includes a large dining table and large flat screen TV. There is additional seating at the island and a kitchen table that overlooks the lake providing total seating of up to 22 guests. This main floor has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Two bedrooms have a king beds and two have queen beds. All of these bedrooms include a 43" 4K smart tv.

The third floor includes three bedrooms and a large bathroom. Two bedrooms are more like large hotel rooms with two queen beds each. The third room has two day beds with pullouts underneath. This room also doubles as a large play room for kids to get away and has a large flat screen TV.

All beds have comfortable mattresses and pillows and high quality sheets for a great night sleep. The home sleeps up to 18 people.

The large extended deck off of the main level provides great views of the lake and plenty of sunshine. There is a gas grill as well as plenty of outdoor furniture, tables, chairs and lounge chairs. Enjoy stargazing by the backyard fire pit.

The home is 1.6 miles to Boyne city shops and restaurants, 7 miles to Boyne Mountain, 17 miles to Petoskey, and 19 miles to Charlevoix. Beautiful Lake Charlevoix has 56 miles of shoreline and offers access to Lake Michigan to venture to Bay Harbor, Traverse City or virtually anywhere in the world. Bring your watercraft, family and friends and enjoy true Pure Michigan up north.

Great family trip

Excellent stay

Beautiful accommodations with well appointed finishes. This property is perfect for a large group. It offers plenty of private sleeping spaces and multiple areas for gathering. Five starts all around.

Great Rental

We enjoyed saying at this home. We went for a ski trip to Boyne. Close to skiing and town. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we need to cook meals. House was clean with beautiful views of the lake. Communication with the property manager was excellent. Great place for big group.

Great house, perfect for a large group

We stayed at this house with a group of 12 and it was great. Enough space for everyone to spread out, and the kitchens had everything we needed for cooking and eating large meals. The game room and TVs throughout the house were great for keeping everyone entertained. It’s also very close to town, and has a beautiful view of the lake. The property managers were around and very helpful with a few questions we had over the weekend as well. Highly recommend and would definitely stay here again!
