About this property

Location, location, location! This home is located on 120 ft. of Lake Charlevoix water frontage in downtown Boyne City. Completely renovated with an added 1000sq ft of living space in 2020. Large yard & sandy beach - great for building sand castles, bonfires, and swimming fun. Winter months just a short drive to Boyne Mountain. We get the beautiful sunset view across Lake Charlevoix. Long dock for lounging or jumping off!

Just a 5 minute walk to Main St. and all the restaurants and shops. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 living room spaces, 3 bathrooms, covered patio, and all new exterior; the 2020 addition and remodel includes new kitchen, great room with vaulted ceiling’s, separate cozy living room and additional bedroom and bathroom. Water toys, life jackets, beach toys, 2 kayaks, a paddleboard and many bikes are available for your use! Winter time sleds available for a visit to Avalanch Mt. (just a 5 min drive from the house)where there is free ice skate rental as well! Board games, puzzles, cards, and children’s books are here for inside fun too.

Perfect place for my team to restore.

Beautiful outdoor area, window views of Lake Charlivoix. This is a restorative space. We had our team retreat and there was a place for everyone to stretch out and to sleep. Great host and follow up. Thank you for a great weekend!

Great view, lots of room for big family

We loved our stay! Great location, lots of room. We had 10 in our family and we enjoyed it! We rented a boat for the day from Boyne Watersports and they recommended we don’t bring the boat to the dock at the rental house because of shallow waters. We were disappointed by that but it turned out to be such a beautiful day out on the water exploring the HUGE lake! We cooked a lot in the kitchen and it was fairly equipped. Grill worked and was clean. We enjoyed the big dining table and also dining tables outside for our big family. We will definitely be back

Great Boyne Getaway

We enjoyed our stay so much at this property! Beautiful lakefront beach and large open kitchen/dining/living area with walkout onto the porch and lakefront was perfect for our family with 2 small children. The bedrooms were perfect, we used the kitchen daily for meals which was stocked with cooking ware. The grocery store is a literal 5 min walk down the road. Downtown is a close walk as well. The provided kayaks and paddle board were a blast and the provided kids toys gave tons of entertainment! Puzzles and games were also a great addition for our one rainy day. Cannot recommend this location highly enough!!

We have been enjoying hosting guests at our other summer homes for 5 years and just acquired this home in 2018. We are a family of 6 and know what it takes to have a fun safe place to bring your family. We like to accommodate large families and give them a place where they get all the fun without having to leave the property. Safety for little ones with areas to play is important.

Why they chose this property

Location is spectacular! You can't get any closer to down town Boyne City AND be on the lake. Sunset views are the best! This property has a large sandy, not rocky, beach, which is unusual for Lake Charlevoix. Boyne City is a fun town with lots of festivals, shopping and dining, all available with a short walk! Have a go on the kayaks or paddleboard provided. To be able to get the full vacation experience without having to get in your car is wonderful!
