Comfortable, beautiful and spacious

Love this unit, the place is absolutely beautiful perfect to relax, remote work or romance.It was very cold and one small heater was not enough for the whole unit. But if you like cold or visit in the summer I’m sure you’ll love it here.

While the condo was beautiful and very welcoming, the only thing needed was more dishes. As for the property it was beautiful and views were fantastic! But the property needed some TLC and the elevators need to be fixed. We very much enjoyed our stay! 😃👍

Amazing view!

Very clean and comfortable! The corner balcony is the perfect place to hang out, listen to the ocean, watch the waves and sea gulls! The kitchen doesn’t have much to cook with, bare necessities. But we didn’t plan to cook much because there is so much good food close by. Large space with two comfy couches. All the apps you could need on the TV and nice showers. Photos don’t do it Justice!

Baja Valentines Weekend VRBO

Property is very nice and conveniently located around 20 minutes south of Rosarito and 10 minutes north of Puerto Nuevo. Puerto Nuevo is a great area for dining and shopping, including a well stocked grocery store. Our stay was pretty much perfect from start to finish. Main observations below: 1. Pictures do not do this condo justice as it was so much nicer. Very well decorated and well equipped. 2. Rose petals on the floor and roses on the bed on arrival were a nice touch for Valentines weekend along with a bottle of Rose wine on the counter. 2. End unit with large balcony and incredible Sunrise and sunset views. 4. Property is very easy to get in and out of, exit directly off of the road to enter and go in the other direction to get onto the main road. 5. Restaurant options within walking distance are limited but a new craft beer place opened up right next door that was very nice. Good bar food, drinks, and a great selection of local craft beers. 10 minutes south in Puerto Nuevo there are many great restaurants however. 6. View was spectacular. Sunrise and sunset both incredible from the balcony. 7. Two pools, one is an adult pool. Both were very clean and well maintained. 8. I didn't count how many jacuzzi's but there are many. A couple of larger main ones next to the pools and a row of smaller more private ones with adjoining cabanas. 9. Great parking close to elevator and next to a handicapped spot so plenty of room and easy to get in and out of. 10. Very quiet complex. We didn't hear much from anyone our entire stay. 11. Guard at the entrance was very nice and helpful in making recommendations and was genuinely interested in how our stay was going. 12. And of course our VRBO host was incredible. Very responsive to any questions we had and inquired a few times during our stay to see how it was going. All in all a perfect weekend get away.

Nice but ...

The condo overall was nice. However, there was a daily issue with there not being enough hot water for four people to shower which caused great inconvenience. If your party is more than two people, I would NOT recommend staying here unless you don't mind cold showers. The owner offers daily housekeeping; however, the level of service was not consistent and we sometimes did not have the towels we needed. There was no restaurant on site as advertised which was a big negative and the only heated pool was only accessible by a spiral staircase. Though the owner said he regularly checks in with his guests while there, this was not the case. We once had to contact VRBO in order to get in touch with him. We ended up leaving a day early due to the stress level of staying there. We advised the owner and asked for a one-day refund due to all of our issues to which he never replied.
