It is on the 4th floor with lift, beautiful view of the sea. Surface area of ??approximately 40m², equipped for 4 people. Living room with a sofa bed for 2 people and a bedroom with a double bed. Flat screen TV. Fitted and equipped kitchen (ceramic hob, oven, fridge, washer-dryer) Bathroom with bath, washbasin, WC. The beach is 50m away, small shops nearby as well as the Port. Its balcony with garden furniture offers a beautiful view of the sea and the park. Wi-Fi included.

L'appartement est très bien, et bien situé : je dirais quasi parfait.Et / mais j'ai rencontré les 2 désagréments suivants : 1. l'emplacement du parking ne m'a été montré que le lundi 10/11, alors que je suis arrivé le vendredi 07/11. Et les explications initiales étaient insuffisantes. Et il n'est pas simple de se garer à la Rochelle, même hors saison 2. l'agence "plaisance immobilière" a noté sur un papier les références de ma CB pour la caution de 300 euros : cela est extrêmement gênant d'un point de vue sécuritaire. Des traces CB qui traînent favorisent les fraudes. La caution devrait être bloqué dès la réservation sur le site, ou via un terminal CB

Séjour d'une semaine en famille à La Rochelle avec deux adultes et deux enfants. Logement très bien situé à 50 m de la plage au quartier des Minimes comprenant une place de stationnement.Proche des commodités, supérette, boulangerie, restaurants et commerces de plage.
