Comfortable house with two steps inside - at the end of a cul-de-sac - approximately 60 m² - comprising a living/dining room with fireplace (damper to be opened before use), fitted kitchen area, one bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90 cm), a shower room, a toilet, and a garage for bicycles. Washing machine, oven, microwave, dishwasher, freezer, flat-screen TV. Terrace with garden furniture accessible by a few steps, two sun loungers, barbecue, and awning. Parking on the property (never park in the cul-de-sac). Enclosed garden. Pets allowed. Optional cleaning fee of €97.
Optional services, not included, must be booked 1 month prior to arrival and are subject to availability:
