Beautiful traditional Vendee house 100 m2, located 10 minutes walk from the sea through the woods, in a quiet area on the edge of the wood Eloux (south west facing beach, beautiful sunsets), 3 bedrooms (sleeps 7) 1 S B with toilet. Well equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator). Large living room with fireplace overlooking large terrace facing south.
Garden of 1500 m2 surrounding the house (cars parking in the garden). Pets allowed.
Garage with washing machine and bicycles available against good care.
Area shops (supermarket) 5 mins by car. Bike paths and easy bike access to neighboring villages, salt marshes,
ideally located, very quiet. Location Not Available FROM OCTOBER TO APRIL. opening of the rental for july august 2018: from 31 march 2018. possibilities on june 2018.

We had a great time there. The house is well located and comfortable. The outdoor space is a really plus to the house!Great communication with the owner and the concierge!The only down notes are:- no linen or towel provided. It was not great for us traveling for. Far. We had to pay large extra to get some.- the mattresses would require to be changed as they provide a very poor confort- the wifi coverage is terrible and only covers half of the house. Not essential as we were not using it that much in vacation but a small change could make it way better

Hello Nicolas, May I precise that wifi is poor in many part of western France and especially this summer (why??). Noirmoutier is not the best place to be connected, for sure. Much surprised to read your comment about the mattresses as they are recent( but not king sized american beds:) and Happy that you had great time! This is important Kind Regards

Maison authentique charmante et au calme

La maison est située dans une rue calme , la terrasse très agréable, équipements en suffisance, les + : les velos à disposition, grande table pour les repas à l interieur, le bois des eloux au bout de la rue, service de conciergerie super à l arrivée et au départ. En résumé : si vous cherchez un endroit authentique, sans fioritures, dans un endroit calme et que vous appréciez les balades cette location est faite pour vous...

Calme, simplicité, bonheur!

Située à quelques coups de pédales de Noirmoutier centre via les marais salants, cette maison au calme du bois des Eloux est parfaite pour profiter de ce que cette île bénie des dieux vous offre! Madame Lavoine est adorable, une amoureuse de Noirmoutier depuis des dizaines d'années, qui a rendu notre séjour facile et encore plus agréable. La maison est charmante, fonctionnelle, dans son jus juste ce qu'il faut, avec une terrasse pour les déjeuners et siestes au soleil, ça sent les vacances à plein nez! Voisinage silencieux et très courtois, bourg à deux minutes pour la brioche du matin, plages accessibles à pieds, tout y est! Je recommande mille fois. Pour une expérience simple et authentique de Noirmoutier, c'est idéal. Le bonheur!

Une maison idéale à tous points de vue

Comme indiqué dans l'annonce, c'est une belle maison spacieuse avec un grand séjour, une grande terrasse agréable pour prendre le soleil et un magnifique jardin autour de la maison. C'est une propriété impeccable, propre et bien entretenue, avec tous les équipements modernes utiles aux vacanciers. Cette jolie maison est bien située dans l'île. La mer est à 10 minutes à pied. Plusieurs vélos en bon état sont mis à disposition. Il y a des commerces à proximité. A 20 minutes en vélo, il y a un supermarché. Pour toutes ces raisons , j'ai recommandé cette location à tous mes amis et toute ma famille. Je ne veux pas oublier de mentionner la gentillesse de la propriétaire avec qui j'étais en contact par téléphone et par messagerie. Elle a tout fait pour que les formalités de réservation se fassent très bien. Cette maison est un lieu de vacances superbe.
