To this object belongs a large terrace. The property is centrally located, various shops and restaurants are located in the immediate vicinity. The Baltic Sea beach is only a few minutes walk (5 to 7 minutes) away.

A parking space available on the property. Only about 800 meters away from the beach. Coin-operated washing machine and dryer in the house. Please order at least 1 day prior to arrival. A deposit of 50, - € is also charged.
Arrivals are possible from 15:00 to 18:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
