About this property

Immaculate perfectly located.1/1 condo with views of Beaver Creek located in the heart of Avon inside the Seasons building well appointed heated garage fitness room ski lockers gondola walking distance and skier shuttle in front monthly/ weekly rentals. I don’t provide soaps and paper products but also don’t over charge for rental. I’m flex on dates and prefer a phone chat before rentals. I own several properties and have tons of experience. I also am flex on prices for longer stays. I prefer Friday noon till Thursday 3pm or Monday noon till Sunday 3 pm. Please let me know how we can make it work. It’s wonderful. King bed and king futon. 4 people max. No pets no smoking building. again mon -sun or fri - thur avail... 6 NIGHT MIN!!! START MON OR FRIDAY END SUNDAY OR THURSDAY!!!!

Very Nice & Convenient

March 2024 This property is very nice for two people and an excellent location. Walk out the front door to access the Avon bus station with free transit to Vail and Beaver Creek resorts. You also have the option of taking the gondola to BCreek which is located less than 1 block. The deck is south facing and a great place to sit in the sun after skiing. A good experience overall.
