Ground floor: - Studio Le Parmelan: 2 single beds that can be twinned (90x200), shower room with WC, lake view and equipped kitchenette (microwave, dishwasher, no fridge, Nespresso coffee machine). Adapted to PMR standards

- Tournette Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), Double sofa bed (160x200), bathroom with double sink and bathtub with lake view, separate WC

- Roc de Chère Room: 2 single beds twinnable (90x200), Double sofa bed (160x200), bathroom with double sink and bathtub with lake view, separate WC

- The Grand Lounge: Offering an unobstructed view of the lake and featuring a balcony, the lounge is a privileged space in all seasons to relax, share the day's memories, work as a team or simply chat and put the world to rights among guests

- The Music Room: Around its grand piano, everyone can enjoy a convivial moment

For events requiring more space, such as family gatherings, seminars, yoga retreats, the estate makes available two reception rooms steeped in the history of its past (at an additional cost): - The Press Room: magnificent 130 m² room with lake view - The Cellar: large 50 m² vaulted stone room from the 17th century, fitted out in the former wine cellar, offering an authentic and warm setting.

A deposit will be made via a bank pre-authorization. A link will be sent by email from our provider SWIKLY's server to secure the deposit without impacting the bank ceiling. Nothing will be debited as long as everything is in order at check-out.

The beds will be made upon your arrival according to the number of registered participants; towels (2/person), kitchen towels (2), bath mats as well as welcome products (soaps, shampoo, shower gel, dishwashing liquid, a few washing tablets, sponge, 2 toilet paper rolls/wc...) are included in the service as well as the end-of-stay cleaning.

We can provide you free of charge with a baby bed type travel cot and a high chair upon request. Your LLA Selections agency has a dedicated private concierge to help you organize your stay.

You will find all available services in the "Sophie's Services" section of our website. You can book online directly your transfers, private lessons, in-home chef, catering, massages...

A link will also be sent to you as soon as your booking has been confirmed. Because your health and comfort remain our priority, we have adapted to the new hygiene standards recommended by health services.

Our cleaning and sanitization procedures have been completely rethought to meet our clients' expectations and recommendations. A few days before arrival, a link will be sent to the traveller by email inviting them to complete their online check-in and inform the agency of their arrival times, provide their identity and those of the people accompanying them... Rest assured that our priority remains the success of your holidays.

About Veyrier du Lac: This typical Savoyard village is located on the shores of Lake Annecy, its 3 grassy beaches allow easy access to the lake and many activities (sailing, water skiing, diving, kayaking, Wake-Boarding...).

A very pretty walk along the lake will allow you to walk to the neighbouring village of Menthon st Bernard. Within Veyrier, all local services are available: Small grocery store, Bakery, Butcher, Florists, Café, restaurants, Pharmacy, Doctors. Annecy is just a few hundred metres away, with easy access via a recent cycle path along the lake.
