A stunning Great Room boasts a large stone fireplace, while a big deck features a private hot tub and plenty of shaded seating overlooking the beautiful gardens.

A game room features ping-pong, foosball, a pool table, and air hockey.

The home is just 50 yards from a private association dock on the tranquil Bumps River; a kayak is provided for your enjoyment.

LIVING AREAS

Full of natural light, the expansive Great Room is a grand social space with cathedral ceilings, exposed timber beams, and plenty of comfy seating. Kick back in front of the 40” flat-screen TV and large wood-burning fireplace.

Downstairs, a sprawling game room offers an entertainment-packed space that features a sitting area, 60” flat-screen TV, and a host of games -- including ping-pong, foosball, air hockey, and a pool table.

KITCHEN & DINING

Home chefs will love the beautifully appointed kitchen, outfitted with large granite countertops for easy meal prep, and a host of stainless steel appliances.

A breakfast bar seats three, and there’s room for another eight at the dining table.

BEDROOMS & BATHS

The house sleeps 10 guests between five contemporary bedrooms.

A spacious master bedroom comes with a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

The second bedroom offers a queen bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with a full-size bed. A fourth bedroom is fitted with two twin beds.

Downstairs, the sprawling fifth bedroom has a queen bed, a comfy love seat, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A guest bathroom with a tub/shower combination and an additional half bath provide added convenience.

EXTRA AMENITIES

Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, cable TV, a washer/dryer, and a kayak.

Parking is available for four vehicles in the driveway.

Less than half a mile away, the 149-acre Skunknett River Wildlife Sanctuary offers a quiet retreat for easy hikes and nature walks.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
