Beautiful home great location

Alex' house was perfect for us. The fenced in yard was great for our dog and the location is top notch. We could load up the beach wagon and take the short walk to the beach. Alex was extremely accommodating with several recommendations for us.

Great House, Great Location

We enjoyed staying at the house. It had enough room for dining and game playing. We used the front porch for morning coffee and evening activities and relaxing. The house is in a great location to walk to restaurants, Main Street, the beach, and baseball.Hope we can stay there again sometime!

The house was immaculate. You can’t beat its location either…literally a block from the beach..a quick walk! Our party consisted of 6 adults and 2 children. We found the house comfortable. We were easily able to gather around the dining room table for meals together with room to spare. Owners were communicative and responded quickly to our questions.

Comfortable House in Hyannis

We enjoyed our long weekend at this well maintained and comfortable house. The beach is very close and walking into town tow explore was no problem. Our hosts provided lots of useful information about the area and were responsive when we reached out. When we visit the area again, we will be checking to see if this property is available.

Perfect Hyannis home.

Cape Cod Getaway

Close to beaches, town, harbor, ferry, bike rentals and restaurants. Safe for biking, walking, jogging. Plenty of room for our crew of three generations. Had a lovely time here.

Beautiful home very close to beach

The house was beautiful and very well appointed wiht everything you would need. The beach is only a 5 minute walk and lovely Alex was a great host and easy to reach. Looking forward to renting again in the fall.

Lovely Beach House for a Family

This was our second stay at this location, this time with two kiddos. The property is great for a family and is fully stocked with anything we needed for the week. Alex was always very responsive whenever I had questions. Great experience overall!

Nana, Papa, 2 sets of parents and 3 grandchildren aged 20 months to 7 years, and an 8 year old Boston terrier had a great week on Cape Cod.The house with its open plan kitchen, large dining table, large living area with kid friendly sofas, was clean, light, and ready to start enjoying our family time. The covered front porch with table and chairs was great for kids to sit outside drawing and coloring. The quiet dead end street made strolling our dog and grandchildren a safe place. The best part ( apart from having 3 bathrooms) was the fenced in yard with soft green grass. Perfect for cartwheels. The location can’t be beat. We waked to 2 different beaches, Main Street, and a Cape Cod league baseball game. The beds are comfortable. The air conditioning was too!This house and its location and amenities helped our family make beautiful memories.Alex and Val are super hosts. They are great communicators and were helpful before and during our stay. We plan to book this property again.

Delightful Home!

Came here with terrier to enjoy the Cape. Alex’s home was perfect! Well appointed with everything we needed for our stay. We only used one of the downstairs suites, but saw that it would be a great place for a family gathering. Alex was very accommodating, and his home definitely lived up to our expectations!

Great property!

This is our second year staying at the Keyes beach house and it is a great property. We stay for 3 night for a work conference and the house is so close to the conference center and the house is comfortable and clean. Alex is very responsive and assists with any needs you may have. Although we didn't get to the beach it is very close and would be great to stay in the summer time.

The house is literally a 2 minute walk to a very nice and not very crowded beach. House itself is well maintained and as advertised. Fenced backyard another plus. Close to Hyannis center but need to take short drive to get there.

Great beach getaway

This was a wonderful location and house for our multi-generational getaway. We had 3 adult couples and 1 baby (and 1 aunt who crashed for an evening). The kitchen has the basics - could use a few additional things like bigger colander or dish drying rack - but overall we were so happy that it came with a pack n play and high chair, plus a wagon and chairs and beach toys that this certainly balanced out! It is a quick 5 minute walk on sidewalks to the beach, which is a nice, calm beach for children, and it's just about a 10 minute walk to town. If you don't want to walk, it's also a short drive - and sidewalks lined everything so we even found a great jogging/walking route from the house! Having the enclosed back yard with a toddler was perfect - and we loved grilling most nights. Definitely recommend.

The house is absolutely beautiful, clean and very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked with everything you need. There was enough room at the dining room table for eight people comfortably with room for more. Perfect location for a short walk to Keyes beach and short drive to town and the ferries. Alex and Valentina are super hosts and great with communications. It was a memorable week and we will not hesitate renting it in the future. Thank you Alex & Valentina.

Our family has been in Massachusetts since 1999, living in the Greater Boston area and owning a vacation house on the Cape. Occasionally, we rented out the Cape Cod house and had fun doing so! We had the chance to decorate and prepare the house, gain an understanding of guests' preferences while answering their questions, and meet so many new people. This experience let us deepen our knowledge about all aspects of hospitality, as well as life in general, on the Cape. As we quickly fell in love with Cape Cod, we also wanted to share our love with our guests.

With such a central location on the Cape, you will have easy access to some of the best restaurants, activities, and sights available.
The location is unbeatable: 0.1 mi to the Nantucket Sound Ocean beaches with the warmest waters on Cape Cod; 0.4 mi to the Main Street of Hyannis with the best restaurants, activities, and sightseeing; 0.7mi to the Hyannis Harbor, offering trips to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket, fishing and sightseeing cruises for kids and adults.
Please note that the Kennedy family compound is located on the same side and can be seen from our beach.
