3 bedrooms
This was advertised as a 4 bedroom condo but only 3 bedrooms had doors so one couple in our group had to sleep in a common area.

The location is fabulous as are the views from the rental. The unit was clean, but there were a couple broken lamps, a chair that was falling apart, and a couch that was coming apart. It would have been nice to have a snow shovel so we could clean the walk to the unit. There was no information about where the second parking spot is. Parking directly in front of the units is for 1 spot/unit. Extra parking is at the far end of the parking lot. That would have been helpful to know and also goes a long way with neigborly goodwill so the residents don't have to constantly remind visitors where they should park. Lastly, there was no extra toilet paper, just the rolls that were on the dispensers. When I called to get extra, I was told that the "starter kit" was all we got. I understand the logic if the unit is rented out for an extended stay, but were were there just 3 nights. Eventually, toilet paper was dropped off.
