Mountain Vista 117 is a big, beautiful townhouse near the Blue River! End unit with attractive furnishings, garage and private deck with grill. This 4 bedroom, 3.5 bath sleeps 9. The unit is full of windows and views. The large deck overlooks the recreation path and yard area. Leather furniture, gas fireplace and large flatscreen in living room. Free WiFi and cable. Two car garage. The deck off the dining room has a gas grill and views of the Gore Range. Large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of counter space for meal preparation and stainless appliances. Kitchen bar seats 4. The dining area seats 6. The deck table seats 4 and the lower patio seats 2. Trailer parking is allowed in the garage, with vehicle parking outside.

Bring your skates and sleds for free ice skating at nearby North Pond Park and free sledding at Rainbow or Maryland Creek parks. In the summer enjoy the Summit County Recreation Path which runs along the Blue River. The Raven Golf Course is nearby with 4 more world-class courses in the county.
