Beautiful gated waterfront community, 1BD/1BA ground floor condo with sleeper sofa, full kitchen, dishwasher, Washer/Dryer, Wifi access, screened-in lanai within walking distance to beach, Grocery stores, shopping, bars, restaurants.
Free parking provided (one vehicle- must be registered upon check in) and no need to drive unless desired!
There is a fitness center, sauna, whirlpool, and 2 heated swimming pools on premises (main pool is very close), BBQ grilling areas.
The pickle ball and tennis courts, fishing, playgrounds, jet skiing, parasailing, boating, deep sea fishing, golf courses, and dolphin cruises are all within 5-10 mile radius!
You're within a few feet of the docks to throw out a fishing line or even schedule a charter for some fishing out on the bay with whomever you select!
You can sit at the intercoastal waterways or on the beach watching the sunset/sunrise while glimpsing dolphins play!
Trolleys are available to visit John's Pass Village or just cruise along Gulf Blvd to see where else you wish to visit.
Many places are offering LIVE music and there is plenty to do--tennis, basketball, pickleball, baseball/softball courts, playgrounds and water attractions. Busch Gardens, Tampa Bay, Clearwater Aquarium, Florida Tampa Aquarium, Dali museum, St Pete, and other attractions are all within an hour or less drive!

Beautiful condo

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful condo. The location and amenities were excellent and the host made sure you had everything and more than you needed to enjoy your stay including beach chairs, beach bag etc. We would definitely recommend this condo and we hope to stay there again.

Year 9 at Mad Beach

We had a great two weeks! This property is represented well! It’s extremely clean! The kitchen is really well equipped! Bed was comfy and there were plenty of extra sheets and towels if you need them! There isn’t a grill, or a bedroom tv if that’s important to you. Beach, grocery and liquor are a two minute walk!! Owner provided good communication in a timely manner. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance and John’s Pass is only a mile away. Awesome stay and location!!

Wonderful

The host was amazing and went above and beyond to get diet pop in the fridge for us as we got in after midnight for a night cap! However hard to find the keys(Fob) etc but it was dark and the directions said right but they were actually on the Left lol ! Which I would have seen in the daylight! Great spot, very clean and well equipped! Would definitely recommend, thanks Heather

Lovely property

We enjoyed our stay. The condo is lovely. Clean and very well equipped. It is close to all amenities - walking distance and the beach is a 5 minute walk. We would definitely stay again.
