Sehr schöne Wohnung in unmittelbarer Nähe zur Ostsee.

Die Ferienwohnung liegt direkt an der Straße. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man braucht. Wer gerne Leben pur um sich hat, für den ist diese Wohnung passend. Da wir im Februar da waren bzw. in der Nebensaison, war es in der Wochen recht ruhig, am Wochenende reisten die Wochenendurlauber an. Man ist in fünf Minuten an der Seebrücke bzw. an der Ostsee. Wir als Strandläufer waren damit sehr zufrieden. Leider gibt es in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Möglichkeit, Dinge des täglichen Bedarfs zu kaufen. Ein kleiner Nachteil, wenn man Selbstversorger ist und ohne Pkw anreist. Allerdings gibt es eine große Anzahl von Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und jederzeit per E-Mail ansprechbar. Danke noch einmal an ihn.

Grandioser Aufenthalt

Die Wohnung lässt wirklich keine Wünsche offen. Es ist alles so wie beschrieben. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und der Agentur. So wünscht man sich das. Wir haben die Insel fernab des Massentourismus in der letzten Januarwoche besucht, wer wirklich Ruhe braucht, die Natur und die winterliche See mag, dem sei Rügen im Winter empfohlen.

"Grandiose " Aussicht

Die Wohnung war o.k., Kontakt zum Vermieter sehr freundlich, aber eine grandiose Aussicht gab es nicht. 2 Häuserwände und Blick auf die Straße, ganz hinten irgendwo eine Ecke Meer. Das hat enttäuscht. Aber gut geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer.

Baustelle

Soweit alles super. Bis auf dem Baustellenlärm direkt am Haus. Hier wurde morgens ab 07:30 Uhr mit dem Abbauhammer gewerkelt.

Nah am Meer

Unterkunft befindet sich logistisch perfekt in der Nähe zum Strand und in der verkehrsberuhigten Hauptstraße von Sellin. Einziger Wermutstropfen: die Lautstärke am Abend durch die Restaurants und am Morgen durch den Lieferverkehr. Ansonsten alles top und zu empfehlen!

Sehr schöne komfortable Wohnung

Angenehmer Aufenthalt, tolle Lage, alles wie beschrieben und perfekt ausgestattete Küche! Leider waren die Handtücher für 12 Tage etwas knapp bemessen, pro Person ein großes und ein kleines Handtuch, 2 kleine Handtücher wären von Vorteil ebenso 2 Geschirrtücher 😉, ansonsten alles bestens! Empfehlen diese Wohnung gerne weiter.

Erholung pur

Wir waren in der Nebensaison in dieser wunderbaren Ferienwohnung. Alles vorhanden und gemütlich, so dass wir uns auch bei schlechtem Wetter hier hätten gut aufhalten können. War aber nicht notwendig: Sonnenschein und Wind, es war herrlich! Wir haben Lust auf mehr!!!

Super schöne Wohnung zentral und modern

Alles in allem ein gelungener Urlaub, von der Tiefgarage bis zum Bäcker direkt im Haus war alles perfekt! Ringsum wird zur Zeit viel gebaut und restauriert, auf das noch viele neue Ferienwohnungen für diesen schönen Fleck Erde entstehen.

perfekt für unseren Kurzurlaub mit nur 4 Übernachtungen. Die Wohnung nur wenige Schritte entfernt von der Seebrücke in Sellin bietet alle Annehmlichkeiten, die im Inserat beschrieben wurden. Auch die Fotos entsprechen der Realität. Unsere Empfehlung.

Sehr schöne, freundliche Wohnung!

Der Kontakt mit dem Eigentümer im Vorfeld war sehr nett! Die Wohnung war sauber und gemütlich. In der Straße werden viele alte Villen renoviert. Es waren Baustellen-Fahrzeuge unterwegs. Bei geschlossenen Fenstern haben wir davon nichts mitbekommen. Wir hatten angenehme Tage hier und empfehlen die Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!

Wir waren für einen Kurzurlaub zum Saisonende in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung. Der Bäcker ist gleich im Haus, die Seebrücke einen Steinwurf entfernt. Alles optimal!
