Newly remodeled and completely updated 2-bedroom condo directly in front of the pool/hot tub/grilling area at Aransas Harbors. Located in the heart of Port Aransas - walking distance to restaurants, shops, the city marina, Charlie's Pasture, Paradise Pond, The Red Dragon pirate boat tour, Robert's Point Park, the Peggy Ann and Polly Anna shrimp boats, and offshore fishing tours! Only 1.3 miles to the BEACH, jetties, IB Magee Beach Park, and Horace Caldwell Pier! Golf cart is accessible and guests receive a golf cart rental discount at Life in Paradise, which is right next door. Plenty of boat/trailer parking and just 2 blocks from public boat ramps with quick access to the bay, flats, or offshore.

The balcony has an afternoon shade and a pool/hot tub/grilling area view. Enjoy all that Port Aransas has to offer from this beautiful, perfectly located condo.

Great location and pool. Easy to get to everything in town and convenient. Beds were very comfortable and unit was clean for the most part. Had tiny ants but they sprayed right away. Nice to have a place to park our trailer.

Great Place to Stay

Very cool place, very clean each room has a tv so that was a plus with kids, close to the action. A short drive to the beach, definitely worked out for us. Enjoyed the hot tub on site it was winter so didn’t use the pool but it looked nice.

Beautiful Property

My family and I were pleasantly surprised when we walked in. This property has a lot of open space and everything seems new. The kitchen and bathroom were both fully stocked and the patio overlooks the pool. It is right in the heart of the action, with great restaurants and bars just down the street. The beach is a short 5 minute drive and there is great fishing right off the peer. We will definitely be back soon and I highly recommend!

Birthday with Besties

On my birthday weekend my wife tries to plan a trip that includes being near water. This year one of my best friends was telling me about “Shell Beach” near Port Aransas and that how we ended up here. We were genuinely impressed.it was beautifully decorated and filled with all the things we needed to cook. The weather didn’t cooperate, but it was just nice enough to relax, enjoy a cocktail, and play board games. We would enthusiastically endorse staying in this lovely place.

Beautiful Condo & Location

This condo is great for short or long stays. It has all the amenities you would need, except for filtered water. The all-wood floors made it so easy to keep the place clean, especially after coming back from the beach. The vacuum works great for quick floor cleanups. Walking distance to the beach and fantastic restaurants. Great neighborhood. Property office had golf carts for an affordable daily price, best price in town. I would stay here again!

Weekend in Port A

As volunteers for a regatta hosted by our yacht club, we realized that we needed a comfortable accommodation close to the Marina. The White Marlin was perfect. The kitchen was well stocked with beautiful dishes, pots and pans etc. The appliances were great. Wonderful king size bed. A lovely pool right across from our condo. Will definitely remember this location for future Port A trips.

Everything was spot on but do be aware that the one bathroom is shared and only has a too-small barn door type arrangement. It was ok for us because we were all family, but maybe not so comfortable if not close family staying together. Otherwise, everything was great! Great Fall Vacation near the beach!

We loved this new-feeling condo and the beach themed decor! This certainly felt like a (beach) home away from home. The property was well stocked with towels, dishes, cleaning products, soap, and even first aid products. The check in/out was seamless and well done. Drive to the beach (with a $12 beach pass picked up along the way) was 5 minutes down the street. Plenty of great restaurants just blocks away. The pool and neighbors in the condo complex were great as well. We highly recommend to anyone interested in a relaxing getaway at a comfy condo!

Cute! Great for family

I'd read reviews so I was prepared for a barn door on the bathroom. The bedrooms had sand all over the floors even before we had gone to the beach, but Other than that, no complaints at all. Cute condo, well stocked, great location! We loved our stay! Only other comment I have for future guests is that there are lots of little breakable decor. I collected them up and put them in a bedroom drawer, otherwise the condo was really kid safe!

Beautiful Condo

The condo was amazing and perfect for our needs. It was in a great location, close to town, dining, and beach (still a drive, but not bad). Everything was very clean and the decor was lovely. We had to baby-proof as soon as we arrived because there was a ton of decor within reach of our 18 month old, but it was fine. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed. Washer and dryer were super convenient and got used multiple times. Pool looked nice, although we didn't use it because it was January. Only wish is that they had a crib/pack-and-play and a high chair available. We brought our own and it was fine. Thanks for a great stay!

Wasn’t terrible

- [ ] Stools at the kitchen counter are unstable. Need to tighten the bolts. - [ ] 1 roll of toilet paper for entire 3 nights and 4 days is not sufficient. There was none anywhere in the place except what was left on the holder. - [ ] Pool hours are Monday thru Sunday 9am to 10:30pm. Sunday it wasn’t open at 9:30. I called to let management know. They said they would call someone and then call me back. I never heard from anybody. They didn’t open until after 11:30 some time. Put a damper on my plans for the day. - [ ] Didn’t find the wrist bands and parking passes until 3rd night. Didn’t seam to need them though. You might want to put them in plane view on the kitchen table. - [ ] I didn’t see departure instructions on the side of the refrigerator until I was ready to leave. You might want to explain where everything can be found in the intro email so we don’t have to guess. Instructions in the initial email so I could prepare for what I needed to do before departing. You might want to consider that. - [ ] The bathroom had a loosely sliding barn type door between the toilet and master bedroom which makes for lack of privacy. - [ ] Bedroom to living room had a sliding door with no stopper so it kept coming off track. These are not pocket doors. - [ ] There are no handles for the sliding doors so it’s difficult to maneuver them in place when you’re inside the rooms. - [ ] The towel rack in the bathroom needs a screw to hold it in place. Just so ya know.
