This beautiful home was renovated in 2021 with a kitchen remodel, including painted cabinets, a tiled backsplash, a new faucet and appliances, and new carpeting in the living room and bedrooms. The furnishings were also updated with a new living room sofa and new mattresses.
Inside, you'll find a full-size washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits nightly, and a living room TV with a Roku and DVD player for your at-home entertainment. The primary bedroom features a cable TV with a Roku, while the guest room has a TV with a Roku only.
Purnell House is an oceanfront property with an outdoor swimming pool in midtown Ocean City. In this wonderful location, you'll be less than a block from Coastal Highway, which is lined with all sorts of restaurants, shops, conveniences, miniature golf courses, and nightlife. Enjoy easy access to the Ocean City Expressway and the Assawoman Bay Bridge (one block west), such local favorites as Fager's Island (half a mile west) and Seacrets (one mile south), Jolly Roger Amusement Park (two miles south), and the famous Ocean City Boardwalk (two miles south).

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
