This completely renovated 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo sleeps up to 8 and is in the extremely desirable building of Sandpiper Dunes. This building has 3 elevators, multiple sets of steps, outdoor shower, pool, 2 beach entrances (1 of which is handicap accessible), luggage carts, a bike rack, etc. The unit itself has been beautifully refinished and offers exceptional views. Having the benefit of a southern facing private balcony, looking one way will boast incredible views of the ocean waves while looking the other way over the pool and into the bay will catch the greatest of sunsets. There's not much of a better feeling than getting up, grabbing a cup of coffee, and sitting on the balcony while waking up to the smell and sound of the ocean.
When entering the unit you'll have an immense feel of relaxation with the cleanliness, openness, and calming decor it offers. The open kitchen has plenty of counter space and is fully stocked if you'd like to stay in and cook instead of going out to one of the most popular restaurants, most of which are within walking distance. The dining area overlooks the pool then bay from afar out of the front window. The living room features a 65" smart tv with cable or the ability to log in to some apps with wifi available. There are 2 entrances to the private balcony, one from the living room and the other from the Master bedroom. The Master bedroom is a very generous size with a king size bed, ocean view from the window, a full Master bathroom. The second bedroom is also a very nice size and is equipped with a queen size bed and pyramid bunk bed with a twin trundle. There is plenty of storage within the unit with dressers and closets in the bedrooms, a double closet at the entrance to the unit, wall to wall cabinets in the kitchen, and also in the laundry room.
2 parking spots are numbered in the lot, dedicated to this unit. There is also additional parking on street on a first come first serve basis.
Linens and towels are provided, just bring your paper products, toiletries and pantry items.

We're newer owners as of February 2023 and rented this through a management company from the time we purchased the unit until now. The company that we were using was great but are closing their vacation rental division so we're now managing this on our own. Being that it's a new listing the reviews from the others didn't transfer over. We'd love to host your family and may give an additional discount if you're willing to give an honest review. We've been visiting OCMD for over 30 years and couldn't be much happier with our purchase. This unit truly offers the ultimate beach vacation spot.

We always had a dream of owning a property in Ocean City, MD but never really put a plan of action together to pursue that dream. It took a small battle with cancer to realize that life is to short to wait. Once in remission, we decided that now's the time to make that dream happen so we did. We saw a sign that is now at the unit that 'life is short, buy the beach house.'
Why they chose this property
We've been visiting Ocean City, MD for over 30 years and are pretty familiar with the area. We chose to be mid down because of the location. Not only is this building right on the beach, it's also within walking distance to many great Ocean City attractions. For us, we chose not to be in the busy section near the boardwalk but didn't want to be uptown where it was a long way away from the busier area in case we wanted to venture there for a night.
What makes this property unique
This property is one of the nicest buildings in Ocean City, MD. The building has incredible curb appeal, is clean, wonderfully maintained, and is right on the beach.
