**Complimentary beach chair service for 2 between March 15th and October 31st! Includes 2 lounger chairs and umbrella set up for you daily.

This newly remodeled ocean front condo with 10' ceilings is the perfect location. You are within walking distance of restaurants like Sharky’s, Hang Five, Moe’s Barbeque, Runaway Island, and Diego’s. Gulf World and Pier Park are within walking distance as well. Most importantly, this luxury condo is right on the beach. The amenities include two pools (one heated October through March), hot tubs, a workout facility, and beach chair service for two (between March and October). Parking is located UNDER the building. No need to park across the street and walk over!

The oceanfront master suite has a King size bed. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. The bunk room has a single over a double, equipped with a door so the little ones sleep in. Add in a queen sleeper sofa in the beachfront living room and you can comfortably sleep 9.

Fun and Relaxing

Our stay was amazing. It was the perfect place for my husband and three kids who are 14, 16 and 17. The proximity to the beach was fantastic and having two chairs reserved for us every day was a great perk. The pool and hot tubs were great. Not just the condo, but the entire place was very clean and well-kept. We would definitely stay there again.

Review The resort: Due to recovering from a broken ankle, i picked this property because the garage is under the condos rather than across the street. Also, the elevators are indoor. The pool area is well maintained. There’s a million condos in town and these little things make this particular building great. Location: Close to everything thing far away from the party side of town. Look at the local calendar though and avoid Ironman weekends because it was packed with participants who do not care if they run you over (literally run) The unit: We had more room than we ever thought! The view of course is amazing, the beds are memory foam and a delight. There are lamps, which maybe a weird 80s kid thing but we like using side lamps for lighting rather than “the big light”. A TV in every bedroom plus living room for downtime. Beach supplies available. Extra pillows and blankets. The owners: communication was amazing! Code was provided, questions were answered, personalized service for my stay. Overall: ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Can’t wait for next trip!

Beautiful and Comfortable Condo

This trip was a girls trip for my daughter. We had a Wonderful stay and the location was convenient to many stores and restaurants. The property was very well kept. Security was onsite and everyone was very nice. The complimentary beach chairs were a plus as well. The weather was beautiful every day of our stay. We look forward to our next visit.
