This beach front 3-bedroom 2 bath condo is beautifully decorated and comfortable.

This condo has newly updated bathrooms with walk in showers and wood tile floors throughout.

The condo boasts beautiful views of the ocean and incredible sunsets.

Living room features a comfortable queen sleeper sofa, tile flooring, wall mounted smart flat panel TV with integrated with Wi-Fi.

Master bedroom features a beautiful king size bed and private bath, tire floors and wall mounted smart TV with internet and its own access to the balcony with gorgeous views. Open the doors at night and listen to the waves. This master has its own large ensuite master bathroom with walk in shower.

Second bedroom has luxurious queen size bed and wall mounted smart HD Flat Panel TV.

Third bedroom twin over full bunk bed and wall mounted smart HD Flat Panel TV.

Second large bathroom has a walk-in shower.

The open kitchen area has beautiful black granite counter tops with white cabinets and stainless-steel appliances. Bar three stools at the bar area add additional seating. The dining area has seating for six.

The balcony has elegant and ample seating for six and allows you to sit and admire the view. There is access to the balcony from the living room and master bedroom.

The laundry room has full size washer and dryer and shelving space for towels and other related items. There is a closet with some beach related items/toys available for your use.

A convenient Tiki bar is located between two beautiful resort pools offering cool drinks to sip while you relax poolside. One pool is heated year-round for an added upgrade to enjoy your state at any time of the year.

There are several amenities close by and on the beach. On the calypso beach front, Aquatic Adventures offers additional beach lounges and umbrellas, parasailing, jet ski rentals, dolphin tours, banana boat rides

What an absolutely beautiful condo — it truly feels like a home away from home. I can’t say enough wonderful things about it. The sunsets from the balcony, the comfy beds, and the spacious living room and kitchen all made the stay unforgettable. And the communication with Mike & Mitiz before, during, and after the trip was the perfect finishing touch. It was an amazing getaway, and I’m already looking forward to returning in the near future!

We had such a wonderful stay! The unit was absolutely beautiful, very clean, and even better than we expected. The view was stunning and easily one of our favorite parts of the trip. The location was perfect—close to Pier Park and everything we wanted to do, while still being a great place to relax and enjoy the beach.Communication with the owner was easy and seamless throughout our stay. We also really appreciated the beach items provided in the unit, including chairs, boogie boards, and other gear that came in handy with the family. Having a washer and dryer in the unit was another huge bonus—it made beach days so much easier and was incredibly convenient.Overall, it was a perfect experience. The entire family loved it, and we made some wonderful memories here. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend it!

The host was fantastic—great communication before our trip and provided detailed, helpful information.The condo itself was beautiful, very clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The ocean view was absolutely spectacular—we were even able to watch dolphins right from the balcony, which was such a special experience.The location was perfect, within walking distance to the pier, and the heated pool was a huge bonus. The beds were also very comfortable, which made our stay even better.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others

Our family of seven had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mike and Mitzi's condo in Panama City Beach! From the moment we booked our trip until the day we checked out -they were a pleasure to work with. Their communication was outstanding—they made the entire process simple, stress-free, and answered every question promptly.The condo was perfect for our family. It was spacious, exceptionally clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with every amenity we could have needed. It's obvious that Mike and Mitzi take great pride in their property and work hard to keep it well-maintained and up to date.One thing that really stood out to us was how much they genuinely care about their guests' experience. Before and during our stay, they encouraged us to let them know if anything needed attention so they could make it right. We did have one minor issue when the ice maker unexpectedly stopped working through no fault of theirs. After I let them know, they immediately arranged for a service technician to come out, and the problem was fixed quickly. Their responsiveness and commitment to guest satisfaction were truly impressive.The view from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking. Sitting outside with a cup of coffee in the morning or watching the sunset over the Gulf in the evening was one of our favorite parts of the trip.We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay or better hosts. We highly recommend Mike and Mitzi's condo to anyone visiting Panama City Beach.

We are from Hendersonville, Tennessee. We have three boys and love going to the beach. This is a dream second home for us, and we enjoy sharing this with great folks that share our passion for the beach.

Why they chose this property

This property is our second home, we stay here, we keep this unit in new condition PERSONALLY!! You will not get some cheap furniture package from 2006 here. Almost every piece of furniture has been replaced in the last two years. We just put down new tile flooring throughout and installed two walk in showers in January 2018. The floors are tiled, appliances upgraded, tv's all are HD with the living rooming having HBO basic (no demand), we just got new pillows, sheets, towels for 2018 NO UNIT WILL BE NICER at any price. We replaced the Master and 2nd bedroom furniture in November 2016. New TV in Living room and Master bed room in October 2016. The interior photos were just taken in January 2018.
