Sweet Serenity in The Riverside Club is a charming retreat from which to enjoy your perfect Marco Island vacation.
This Riverfront - gated community is ideally situated on the Marco River with stunning water views and within walking distance to the world famous Snook Inn, The Smith House, LeeBee Fish, Zza Zza's, Marek's Collier House and other popular island restaurants.

The Riverside Club is a Gated-Waterfront Community desirably located on the Stunning, Marco River and within Walking Distance to the Wonderful Restaurants and Unique Shops of Olde Marco as well as to the World Famous Snook Inn.

Guests have use of the community common areas such as pools, hot tubs, tennis courts, docks and walking paths.

Mandatory Parking and Onsite Registration Fee of $30 collected by Riverside Club Association upon Check-In

**Boat slips may be available between May 1 through November 30 on a first come first served basis and must be reserved through the Riverside Club On-Site Management.

Step into this wonderful second-floor unit and you will immediately appreciate the coastal decor, tasteful furnishings, and the sweeping views of the Marco River, boat traffic and Florida's incredible marine life all from the comfort of your private lanai.

Our kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials necessary to enjoy dining at home in Paradise and community grills are available and located for your use throughout the property.

The dining and living area enjoy beautiful water views and are bathed in natural light or you can simply lower the custom shutters for total privacy.

From the living area, you'll find that the master bedroom is equipped with a king bed and ensuite bath with shower/tub combination, and the living room is furnished with (2) twin sleeper sofas. As an added convenience, this unit is equipped with its own washer and dryer.

Some of the wonderful community amenities at the Riverside Club include gated, off-street parking, community room, community bathrooms, BBQ, Heated Pool and Spa, Pickleball and Tennis Courts, and elevator.

The location was great, a walk to Snook Inn and a short bike ride to the public beach. Place was clean and cozy, and the property was welcoming!

Love Riverside!

Such a great 5 days at Riverside! The condo had a nice view, very clean, great location, so many extras (my daughter and I played Pickleball for the 1st time with paddles and ball provided, beach bags supplied, cooler and chairs, washer & dryer to use). Allison was easy to contact and checked in with us numerous times, via text, to make sure everything was to our liking. Would definitely stay again!

Perfect place for a honeymoon

This was our first time visiting Marco Island and it definitely won't be our last! It was the perfect little get away for me and my new husband! Allison was so sweet and accommodating and the condo was immaculate. We met so many kind local people (Allison included) that gave us the best recommendations for where on the island to visit. Marco Island has so many things to do, wonderful restaurants with great food, not to mention it is absolutely beautiful! I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great clean condo. Lots of values adds and comfort. Property manager was fantastic and communicative. Only wish, was that the 2 pull out chairs were a bit more comfortable for our daughter who slept on them.

This is a great condo complex to stay. It’s clean, comfortable and quiet.The host has great communication,making the check in process very easy. Has a great view of the pool and the Marco river. I would definitely stay here again.

Very nice, clean unit. Mattress was supportive, making for good nights rest. Nice leather recliners, too. Good location, near pool and hot tub in the complex. Highly recommended.
