After a day of adventure, come home to the Fawngrove "penthouse", a 3 bedroom (plus office with sleeper sofa) and 3 bathroom remodeled to perfection with an open living/dining/kitchen area built for gatherings. At night, you'll be treated to our luxury 100% viscose (made from bamboo fabric) sheets from Cozy Earth - an Oprah favorite! These peaceful condos have mature aspens and beautiful ponds with walking paths AND is only a 3 minute shuttle ride to Deer Valley! The dreamiest space in PC is waiting for you!

Walk up the stairs to your own little piece of Park City Luxury. The gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and all the cooking utensils necessary to cook a delicious meal for you and the whole family. With both a dining table with seating for 8 and 4 extra counter seats, there's plenty of room for everyone.

The kitchen and dining room open up to a beautiful living room with loads of natural light, a big comfortable couch, gas fireplace, and TV with streaming.

Just off the dining/ living room is a sliding glass door to your private balcony with hot tub. Its the perfect place to relax and enjoy the mountain views after a day of adventures.

The Master bedroom has a king bed, a cute little reading nook, a TV with Roku, and en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower and a walk-in closet.

The second bedroom has a queen bed. reading chair, TV with Roku, and ensuite bathroom. Bathroom has a big walk-in closet and a shower/bath combo.

Outside of the second bedroom there is desk and chair that provide a private workspace with tons of natural lighting and a pull-out couch.

There is a 3rd bathroom with walk-in shower that conjoins the office space and the twin room.

The third bedroom has a queen bed with twin above, a TV with Roku and a gaming device for the kids to enjoy.

This property has garage parking with 1 reserved parking space and electric car charging station.

Guests have access to the entire condo.

We’ve stayed in a number of spots in the neighborhood and this one was excellent. The host was extremely responsive and the condo was roomy and set up really well for our family of 6. We would definitely rent it again.

We had great stay! The host, Sarah, could not be more accommodating and always reachable with quick responses. The condo was updated, nice and clean. The access to and from the base of snow park lodge at deer valley was very easy by park city transit. Large garage and outdoor parking was very convenient. Thank you again!

Delightful Downhill

Lovely property more convenient than we had imagined. Shuttle stop steps from the door. A minute from Deer Valley. A few minutes from park city. Host thought of everything. Would rent again happily. Prepare to be thrilled if you rent this property.
