To our new guests: We just purchased this beautiful home in August 2021. After investing another $50K for new paint, mattresses, furniture, linens, decor and other amenities we listed our Beach House on the Vacation Home Rental Platforms in late September. With this being a new listing, we don't yet have many reviews which we know can cause guests to hesitate from reserving the home. Each side of the house is a mirror image of the other side. If guests rent the entire 12BR 12BA house, there are 2 kitchens, 2 Game Rooms, etc. If guests are renting the 6BR 6.5BA option, there is a single kitchen and a single Game Room in each Unit).

Your vacation home is located within walking distance of the famous Barefoot Landing, which features shopping and dining along the natural beauty of the Intracoastal Waterway. Take in a show at the Alabama Theatre or stop by the House of Blues for a performance by a live band. Windy Hill’s wide beaches are perfect for strolls in the summer, fall, winter or spring. Water activities are abundant, including sea shell collecting, kayaking, parasailing, and banana boat rides.

Our spacious North Myrtle Beach House has plenty of gathering space and features 2 spacious, fully stocked kitchens and large dining areas where you can dine or work together. Two large Game Rooms keep everybody entertained! Our Windy Hill location of this North Myrtle Beach house puts you close to all of the North Myrtle Beach golf courses, not to forget, lots of entertainment and great restaurants! We are walking distance to Barefoot Landing, "Set along the Intracoastal Waterway, Barefoot Landing is one of the most unique & popular dining, shopping & entertainment destinations in the Southeastern seaboard. Restaurants, bars and entertainment include House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Dick’s Last Resort, Crooked Hammock Brewery, Lulu’s Restaurant/Bar/Beach Arcade/Mountain of Ropes to name a few. We are also less than 2 miles away from the famous Tanger Factory Outlet Mall, a destination in and of itself.

Relax on your trip to North Myrtle Beach—this North Myrtle Beach house has a multiple furnished porches where you can read, hang out or just breathe in the warm South Carolina coastal breeze. You can work on your tan by the swimming pool or large sundeck, or walk the 1.5 blocks to the beach and spend the day. The beach offers plenty of ways for you and your guests to enjoy the South Carolina sunshine—there lots of places nearby to rent a Jet Ski, learn to windsurf or parasail, or fish from our many local piers.
The Myrtle Beach area is famous permitting residents and guests to get from place to place by golf cart. It's always recommended that our guests rent cars or vans when they visit. That being said, we highly recommend renting golf carts to immerse yourself and your family into the complete Myrtle Beach vibe
