An open floor plan has hardwood flooring throughout, comfortable furnishings, flat screen TV, view of town and the mountains. A fully equipped kitchen with new oven. Breakfast bar seats 4. Located on the 3rd floor of the building with elevator access. Unit DOES NOT have a private balcony or fireplace. Many clubhouse amenities and free parking.
