Alpine View at The Iron Horse is adjacent to The Corridor. This top floor studio allows you hassle-free access to The Gondola, Trestle Bike Park and the heart of the Winter Park experience.
Locked and monitored guest bike storage on ground floor inside the parking garage!
Located on the top floor(elevator access), Alpine View has a vaulted ceiling and great views of Arapaho National Forest, gas fireplace, and can comfortably sleep 4. Located one unit and one flight of stairs from the bridge to The Corridor, Alpine View Condo will get you on the slopes/trails in minutes.
At the end of the day or for a homemade lunch our unit is a short walk/ride on The Corridor from the Winter Park base area.
The kitchen is well equipped with the essentials and plenty of counter space for meal prep. Blender, crockpot, coffee maker, pots, pans and baking dishes!
Outdoor gas grills are available for guest use throughout the complex property... even on the pool deck!
Both indoor garage and plenty of outside parking included.
Outdoor gas firepit on the pool deck offers a relaxing spot to enjoy the cool mountain evenings. A newly renovated work out room is also available for guests of the Iron Horse along with the large outdoor hot tubs and all season indoor/outdoor pool and in-locker-room sauna for your relaxation.

My wife and I are from Denver, Colorado. We just love being active and outside and in the mountains! We've been skiing/riding Winter Park together since the first month we met each other 17 years ago. It's been a dream of ours to have a base in the mountains from which to explore and we are happy to be able to share our place so others can relax, explore and enjoy the space and area.
Why they chose this property
Alpine View at The Iron Horse provides great location and access to all that the resort and area have to offer. The location, in between the Mary Jane base and Winter Park base, offers spectacular hiking/biking options in the summer and quick access on and off the mountain in the winter. When coming in on US40 from the south The Iron Horse complex is located just inside the first entrance to Winter Park Resort and has great community amenities for year round enjoyment.
What makes this property unique
Our unit, which we call Alpine View, is on the 6th floor facing north west. If you stand at the window of the unit, the steep slope directly in front of you is alpine forest from top to bottom. Beautiful views year round. We really enjoy watching the snow build on the trees the night before a big powder day! Alpine View is our family condo as well as a rental, so we've tried to make it a comfortable and relaxing experience for all.
