The space
We want you to know that we're doing our part to help our Airbnb guests stay safe by cleaning and disinfecting frequently touched surfaces (light switches, doorknobs, cabinet handles, remotes, etc.) before you check in. This Franciscan unit is set back from the street on the forest side of the property, just a one-minute walk to the private beach and pier. The beach is equipped with lounge chairs, volleyball court, pier, picnic tables and a dock with buoys to harbor your boat. The Franciscan property offers a heated swimming pool, outdoor gas grills, BBQ facilities, ping pong table, and picnic tables for your enjoyment. Convenient parking in your private space just outside the front door. No smoking, no pets allowed. Relax and unwind while you soak in the sun and gaze at the beautiful horned peaks that surround Lake Tahoe! The front porch serves as the perfect spot to lounge in the morning with your cup of coffee or evening beverage and take in the serene surroundings.
