Come and discover this beautiful 110 m² house, ideal for stays with family or friends. Located in the immediate vicinity of the sea, just 50 metres from the sandy beach "Plage des Sables d'Or", you will be able to enjoy a magnificent and peaceful setting. Simply step out of the house and take a few steps to put your feet on the fine sand and enjoy the sea: a change of scenery guaranteed! Perfectly equipped, this house can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

The house has air conditioning in the lounge and some bedrooms (not the ground floor bedroom which has a fan).



Upon your arrival, you will discover a large living area with a dining room side featuring a large table, ideal for sharing your meals with family or friends, and offering a pleasant view of the garden behind it. The lounge is furnished with comfortable sofas and armchairs, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploration. A television will also allow you to enjoy a quiet moment watching a film or following a sporting event. Next to it, the fully equipped open kitchen will allow you to prepare delicious dishes. You will find everything you need: electric hobs, fridge-freezer, microwave, oven, dishwasher, filter coffee maker and a Tassimo, toaster, kettle, citrus press and all the utensils you will need.



Cross the glass doors and discover a large veranda, equipped with garden furniture and a large table with a view of the garden. A true haven of peaceful light where you can relax, or enjoy your meals in complete tranquillity. Outside, you can enjoy a tree-lined garden where you can enjoy the sun on the sun loungers or organise a barbecue. It is the ideal place for your outdoor meals or simply to rest after a busy day.



For the night, the house has 4 spacious bedrooms. The first bedroom, located in an annex, is ideal for those preferring to be a little set apart and has a double bed (140x190) and its own shower room with WC. In the house, you will find three other bedrooms upstairs. A master bedroom with a Queen Size bed (160x190). A second with two single beds (90x190) and a last one with bunk beds (80x190) and its adjoining bathroom, offering plenty of space for the whole family or friends. A bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer completes the upstairs for you to relax after a day of activities at the beach.



For added convenience, the house has an independent WC on the ground floor, a washing machine, a tumble dryer, an iron, boules, a travel cot, as well as a private parking space. You will also have free access to tennis courts located 150m away.
