House was clean, provided plenty of towels and toiletries for showering. It had plenty of room for me and my two teen kids to spread out. Plenty of things to cook with-as I prefer to eat in vs out. Close to the convention center- walking distance of 6 minutes which was very convenient for a basketball tournament. I’d stay here again!

The host was very responsive. The property was very clean. My only issue is one of the rooms had floors that felt like they were breaking underneath the flooring placed over it, and the area was not a place that I would walk around. I felt safe in the house and I felt comfortable playing with my small kids in the front yard. It was close to everything within a 15/20 min drive.

Central Location and Updated

This property was perfectly located to the Convention Center, shopping, and restaurants. Everything in the home was absolutely spotless. The owners really thought of everything, fresh white sheets and towels, stocked with paper towels and toilet paper, hand soap and dish soap, even travel bottles of shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Nice touch, I’ve been renting homes at the shore for 20 years and that was a huge plus. There is an alarm system if needed which is also a plus. The owners were kind and accommodating. The home is definitely a diamond in the rough.

Great place to stay in AC!

This property was so wonderful! We arrived late at night and we weren't 100% sure. The street was pretty dark so the area appeared a bit different than expected. That being said, it was all in our heads! The area was so wonderful, and the neighbors were very friendly! We parked on the street the whole weekend with no issues. The house was extremely clean, had everything you needed, and safe! We had four adults in the house and it was the perfect amount of space (still had a bedroom to spare). We didn't feel like we were on top of each other at all! The house is also in a wonderful location. It is only a few blocks to drive to the beach/boardwalk/casinos. It made it really easy to enjoy our trip! We also took and uber to a casino for a concert and the uber was extremely quick and had no issues picking us up. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation here at this cozy villa. We were extremely impressed by it all, and the host was so wonderful as he checked in. If you're looking for a place to stay in AC, put this home on the top of your list!

This was a nice, clean property. Very affordable and within walking distance of the casinos. The property owner was super responsive to questions. There was some loose flooring in one of the rooms upstairs. So we made sure to wear shoes in that room. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay. And if we went back, we would likely rent again.

Comfortable and convenient

House is in process of being a jewel in a city neighborhood. Clean, comfortable.. plenty of street parking and a straight quick drive to the casinos. Host was very quick to respond to inquiries. Hot shower !!! ++.
