“Home away from home” is what has been described about this beautiful 3-bedroom 2-bath paradise! Situated on a huge corner lot, this home is a decorator’s delight! Majority of the décor was hand selected by a local decorator! Plenty of room both inside and outside to relax and enjoy the peace of Vero Beach! The location is in close proximity to the historic downtown and 10 minutes to the wonderful shoreline! There is ample parking including space for a motorhome/RV and boat. The bright and sunny home comfortably sleeps 6 guests and in one of Vero’s best neighbors! Entertainment (besides the incredible downtown and beaches) includes a 50” flat screen with cable/internet in the oversized living room and smaller Wi-Fi ROKU TVs in main bedrooms. Dine in the lovely dining room, bright Lanai, or outside patio! The entire home is available for guests with exception of the garage. There is no smoking in the home, but small pets are welcome! All is I ask is to please be conscientious of my amazing neighbors and avoid large gatherings. You will love this home and the amazing draw of Vero Beach!! Comfort

Great location: 5 minutes to groceries, 10 minutes to downtown, 12 minutes to the beach. Clean, cozy. Comfortable staying for getting fun of vacation.

Great place

House was very clean and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to shopping and beaches. We will return next year.

Vero Beach three bedroom Residential House

This is a first time vacation rental property that met our expectations. The property has been well maintained and recently refurbished. Mark, the owner met us at the house when we arrived. Prior to our trip we had no problems reaching Mark and he answered all our questions about his rental property. He was very cordial and accommodating . And on request he provided us with some items that were missing such as a bbq grill and kettle. We were planning to have family visit here which included grandchildren under the age of two. The house met our needs and we highly recommend it. The location is excellent. Close to stores and other amenities. And most importantly it is about a fifteen minute drive to the beach.
