Direct Oceanfront 2br/2ba condo located in a small, private 30 unit complex, offering you an uncrowded, private beach and large heated pool. Our home has been recently updated in 2019, new tile in the bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen - wood floors in living and dining room.. The kitchen has custom cabinets, granite counter tops, new stainless steel appliances, new washer/dryer and a view of the ocean. The open living room and dining rooms have views of the ocean as well. There is a private balcony off the living room which overlooks the ocean and heated pool area. The balcony is the perfect spot to enjoy beautiful sunrises over the ocean, with your morning coffee. Enjoy the views and sounds of the ocean over lunch or dinner, on the outside table. The night sky over the ocean is also spectacular to view before turning in..
The property is DIRECTLY on the beach, there are No roads to cross or beach parking issues. There is a private ocean deck to access the beach which has an outside shower, to wash off sand from self, chairs, toys, etc. The Large heated pool, surrounded by beautiful landscaping, is another great place to relax, read a book, nap under the shade from surrounding palm trees and enjoy the cool ocean breeze. The pool area has lounge chairs, tables with umbrellas and two private bathrooms. The boardwalk and park with cabanas and barbecues is a short walk on a private path. This park has a small cafe that serves breakfast and lunch only and there is a lifeguard station there. This lifeguard station is within view of your private beach.

No Roads To Cross or Car To Pack!
Just grab your towels, beach chairs and umbrella (all included), pack a meal, beverages and step down to the uncrowded private white sand beach or hang by the pool and just relax..

The kitchen has both a keurig and standard coffee makers, it's fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare and serve a wonderful meal. The breakfast bar seats two for a quick bite or place to pack a lunch to go. The dining area comfortably seats six for formal dining. However, with so many top rated restaurants and pubs just a short walk or drive away, you might just decide to dine out every night instead!
The living room has been newly furnished for comfort, a large flat screen HD TV, DVD, chrome cast, xfinity CATV and internet access for your enjoyment.

Orchid Islands main street is less than a mile away. A short stroll on the nearby boardwalk will get you there or you can walk into town along the sandy beach. Grab a cold one at one of the many ocean front restaurants/bars, such as Cobalt, Mulligans, Ocean Grill, Waldo's and many more on the beach and along ocean drive. The village has many boutique shops, a local farmers market every Saturday. Over the bridge, in the old Vero beach antique district (14th ave) there are many antique stores and shops, restaurants, pubs to enjoy a lazy afternoon checking out the antiques.

This property is professionally landscaped, there are (2) elevators for your convenience. Next to the front elevator, are wagons and a dolly to bring up your luggage and groceries. Two parking passes are provided for your stay. There is a full time caretaker on the property and my local property manager, is just a call away, to ensure a smooth, problem free stay.
