We are certainly sorry to see that you had a three-star experience. We've been in business for 15 years and average 4.92 stars. We really strive for excellent customer service and a great customer experience. We have discovered that mattresses are a very personal experience. Some like them firm, some like them soft, so we go for medium. The mattress is only about four years old, so it's still in serviceable condition. We're sorry you did not like it, but we can promise the rest of our guests it's a great cabin.

Thanks Sam. We enjoyed hosting you as well. We would love to host you again. Ya’ll were great guests!

thank you for your kind review, Greg. Whenever we get a 5-Star review, we believe we’ve hit our objective of a memorable stay at a fair and reasonable price. We are glad that you had a great time and hope that you will come see us again.

Deborah, The third time is definitely the charm with you. Thanks for being a fabulous repeat guests. As you know, we do everything we can to accommodate you the first time, but we certainly want to accommodate our repeat guests. We are so thankful that you love our place. We love hosting you. Thanks again for your kind words.

We are always disappointed anytime we receive anything less than a 5-Star review. Our property manager, Rhonda, is on site almost on a daily basis. I wish you had let her know promptly about the outdoor situation. We would’ve had that resolved immediately. I will pass on the message to her about the deep clean and the musty smell. We average 4.91 out of a 5-Star scale on this cabin so we take these matters seriously. I assure you that bed is not frail. We actually had it fortified one time for a guest yhat weighed 400 pounds. So in addition to what came from the factory, we built in additional support. Again, I wish you had let us know so we could’ve made these conditions right. Our objective is always to get an outstanding stay. Thanks for your comments. We will make sure we improve because of this.
