FOR RENT IN LES GETS: Well-maintained and comfortable two-bedroom apartment, accommodating up to 6 people, located on the ground floor of the "PLEIN AIR" residence with a south-facing terrace, measuring 62 sq m. Situated on the Route du Léry, 350 m from the slopes and 210 m from the nearest shops. Includes one private parking space in the residence's underground garage, a ski locker, central heating, and free Wi-Fi. Bicycles are not permitted in the residence or the apartment; please arrange for bicycle storage.

Description: Entrance hall with storage - Separate, fully equipped kitchen (3 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, large refrigerator, dishwasher, upper and lower storage cupboards with cookware) - Living room with a comfortable 2-person Rapido sofa and a television. From the kitchen and living room, you have access to the spacious south-facing terrace with garden furniture. A bedroom with a double bed and storage space is provided. A bedroom with two single beds and storage space is provided. A bathroom (bathtub, washing machine, sink) is provided. A separate toilet is provided. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking.

Linens (sheets and towels) and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price; this is an optional extra. See agency services.
