These angry revenge reviews make me sad. Clearly from all the other top reviews none of this was true. I believe she was mixed up and thought she booked a different house and the surprise shocked them into anger? Who knows. Very sad the way the world spins now. Let the hundred other good review speak over these lies. Thank you, be kind, the world needs it.

Hi, the key was there, you were frustrated with your drive as you aggressively explained to me. I’m not in charge of that part. I’m only in charge of a nice place to stay which has been proven by all the other five star reviews. When you wrote thing from vengeance instead of truth it hurts us all. This review system is one of trust not a button to press because you are frustrated with something. I refer anyone to my previous reviews over the years and I think they might see that you are not a guest to take on or share trust with in your future. Thank you.

Thank you for your review — it certainly makes for colorful reading, especially when set beside the fifteen five-star reviews that came before it. We’re glad you enjoyed the strong AC, the newer bed, and our wonderful neighborhood. Most guests also rave about rinsing off in the outdoor shower after the beach and spending time with family in the breezy, open spaces — the highlights that usually define a stay here. To clarify: you chose not to use the app (which contains every instruction and which nearly everyone else navigates with ease). Instead, you arrived late, didn’t have the code, called me at midnight after your nine-hour drive, and used language I don’t expect from anyone in polite society. Even so, I woke up and patiently walked you through entry step by step. That frustration at the start seemed to color everything that followed. I provide a wonderful service to all my guests. What I don’t provide is myself as a punching bag for frustrations with apps — or with the English language. While most people leave with sandy feet, salty smiles, and stories of a great time together, your review will be remembered more for its grammar than its grievances. Every perspective adds character, and yours will remain one of the more… imaginative entries in our guestbook.
